I need some help with a 90 SC bird, I have no power to ignition, and no power to pump. I have changed the DIS box, and coil. I have checked the relays, and fuses. I have checked the EEC and have found nothing wrong with it. I am at a complete lose with this car, I really need help.
You have to describe what you mean by no power to the ignition, does the starter crank? If the starter doesn't crank, then all the other computerized gadgets are not the problem.
Sounds like the computer behind the glove box, do you have the book showing the electrical schematic? Have you ever got a new computer since the car was made?
In the video I explain how the capacitors in the computer leak acid and stop functioning, their lifespan is about 13 years, I got my computer from O'reillys for $110. That's a good place to start since it needs to be replaced anyway. After that you can do further diagnostics if need be. It doesn't have to be reprogrammed so that saves some money. Get your old one out and they can match up the numbers on the box to the new/rebuilt one.

The car turns over, but there is no power at the coil pack, and no power at the fuel pump

The computer was replaced almost 15 years ago. And now that I think about it, the windshield did leak around the passenger side.
