I watched Jeff Healy plaing Dixie Jazz in a Downtown lounge after hours. He was blasted fall down drunk, along with the rest of the band. At one point he dropped his guitar and swapped places with the piano player. No one lost timing.

Sworded Beest was the first one I heard. I saw them in a bar in Hamilton when they were first starting out. It was in Hammertown so I was appropriately hammered but I was wowed. They played and pretty much looked like this right from the start. When we recommended them to others we'd say they're from Hamilton they're called Monster Truck and you get what you pay for. Nobody was ever disappointed .
I was told one of Deep Purple's guys heard them the same way I did when he was in town for something else, and that's how they end up opening for them on that tour.
Seeing these guys in Cambridge UK in October, I cannot wait!!!!

what guitar solo, it wasn't really emphasized at all. half way through the song i was wondering what it was going to be like. kind of fell flat. take everything else down a little and let ole jer go wild. still a good song and a great band.

@@paulwatkins142 lol thanks!! I live in the city next to where they are from!! I haven’t seen them yet. Can’t wait!! I discovered them November 2019, and I’ve listened everyday since!! The first song I heard was Sweet Mountain River, it started and I’m like ya ok I like that, then it got louder and I’m thinking ya this is my kind of music, then he started to sing!! OMG!! I actually said out loud, who the fuck is that!!! 😂😂 I’ve been hooked ever since. The song For The Sun is my favourite to listen to over and over again and just allow my thoughts to flow. I get right into the music, and allow it to overtake me. It’s like a meditative state. I can listen to that song for an hour. And Black Forest is the same, the guitar in that song is phenomenal!! Can’t wait for what’s coming out next!! Oh ya and I have to add, I’m going to be 60 this year and yes I do look like my picture. 😉😆 I LOVE my life!! ❤️❤️❤️
