@@raleyadventures Thanks Both and you’re welcome, thought it was relevant after our meet up😂Next video is my first trail race, and meeting a subscriber (which was hilarious btw😂). Thanks for watching guys. I passed 200 at weekend btw😃
@@michaelager2540 thanks Michael, I appreciate you subscribing, hopefully you’ll like the content, next one is quite funny actually, I met a subscriber after a 5 mile trail race, it’s hilarious😊
I had to miss pr today (20th) due to a 24hr vomiting bug, it would have been my 50th pr and I chose Erddig…Saturday doesn’t feel the same! Hoping to celebrate it next week 🤞
@@jennyharrison4 Hope it’s over quickly Jennifer, I’ve done Erddig, it’s a lovely location and a great National Trust cafe afterwards😊I skipped Parkrun today too as I raced last night (5K) and I thought it’d be a bit risky to push the heel as it was ok last night🙏 Enjoy your 50th next week😊
Hi Andy, it's expected that your fitness would drop, and it should come back quickly once you're done with the treatments and able to increase your weekly runs. How's it feel after the race? Have you thought about skipping a race or two so you're healed for your September 10K? All.the best.
@@RunFreeandStrong Hi Reto, thanks for watching, I’m hoping it will😊I raced last night and it wasn’t painful at all during the 5K race so I’m encouraged, I think dropping the volume and using gel inserts in my shoes is helping😊

Great to meet up with you again Andy, love St Helens, apart from the climb on the far side😂We chalked up another Parkrun💪😃
