Ok.. these look like deco foils🤔 and iridescent films.. not necessarily heat transfer stuff like the ones I get for my cricut🥰 but I have these too! Glad u have links so ppl can buy the correct stuff!! Hehe.. I don't know if the actual heat transfer vinyls for cricut would work like this bc u usually need an iron or heat press etc to set them?? This is an awesome video and I have been looking fwd to making some of those foil ones with the laminator!! Plz let us know if its possible to use the cricut ones!! And I have a tip u can all use!! When u use these for make foils on transparent sheets, don't cut them out😜 just use some uv resin over the pic/words, then cure and peel them off!! Then when u place them into the resin u won't see the plastic edges or cut lines from the film!! This works best if u use the same resin for the base AND on the film tho bc sometimes I'll get a slight line around if they are different 😅😂 (my uv resin can be seen inside my epoxy resin for instance 😅, but that all depends on the resins ofc!)
Thanks! Is cricut just a cutting machine or it has a heating system like laminating machine? The deco foil in the video can be transfer in 2 ways: heat or glue. So if cricut is just a cutting machine, it won’t work unfortunately.
Right! Cricut is a cutting machine!😁 It doesn't do the heating, but they sell heat transfer vinyl that the machine cuts, I just wanted to make sure that ppl don't get confused that its not the same stuff you are using so that they can buy the correct foils from your shop!🥰 U can do similar things with the cricut tho! You can make stickers with holographic vinyl and place them on resin pieces and then dome them like u show here!💖 But what I really want to try is the technique u used the laminator for!! Really kewl!!🥰🥰🥰
@@carolstewart1704 yes, it's easy to get confused, some foil can be transfer with glue only, don't work with heating, so need to know what you need and buy the ones that can do the work. And our deco foil cannot work with cricut I believe as they are too thin, I have seen the vinyl ones made by cricut and they were beautiful :)
It's VERY safe to buy from their shop! I'm in the US and have purchased many times and they always ship VERY fast and they always give you a ton of free stuff! I'm SUPER happy with their service and the quality of their merchandise!
Brilliant tips, just what I was searching for and more! Thank you so very much ❤
