What amazes me is your ability to hold the camera with one hand and then use your other hand to pick up large and/or heavy items, remove a lid, and turn it over....without dropping it. Skill and exoerience.
You missed the C&O railroad mug that has the cat on its beside the cat cookie jar very collectible my eyes spotted it right off lots of people collected railroad things
It aggravates me to see how high GW prices everything considering they get it for free to begin with.
Those Tupperware cups weren’t faded doll. They change colors and brighten up when you put something hot or cold in them! Those were great!!!

The amber salt & pepper shakers are from a church or restaurant. Amber shakers were very popular at one time.

Anyone else notice the Chessie cat mug when Jocelyn was looking at cat cookie jar? I would love to have had that. I remember those box cars when I was a little girl but we are far enough from the area they operated in that their collectibles are hard to find

LOL…..I’ll walk 5 isles over when finding matching items just to reunite them. The thing that slays me is when identical items are priced differently. Great Finds!
Something to keep in mind... sometimes if you bring the price discrepancy to the checkers attention they will give you the lower price on the 2 (or more) items. Prices can easoly vary if 2 different persons are pricing the 2 items. 🤗

When I'm thrifted I find myself looking at the bottom of stuff and putting things together I love it
next time your in the goodwil grab a large flat sheet and keep it in the car so you can wrap the glass wear, or a cheep padded blanket or towels
She could also get a flat of no ink newspaper from any U-haul or Home Depot and then reuse it when she ships items out.
Be sure to rest in the afternoon. Actually lay down, feet up.

So is the one where I live. Have to drive 3 hours away to find the good stuff.

NAPCO is still around. They used to be located in Ohio and moved to Jacksonville, Florida..I think in the late 80’s.
I find myself talking to you, saying yes get that! And I’ve learned when you say no to something you are generally very logical about your decision. It was a great day at the Goodwill with the exception of the pricing. I’m still hoping their online business fails and they have a surge of in store inventory at reasonable pricing.
We’ve had online auction website pushed locally for a couple years. In a way I wouldn’t mind as I enjoy browsing those type websites. But the software is so bad that I don’t try again until I get frustrated with local stores not having good stuff. Until they get rid of bugs they aren’t going to be really successful

I just saw this haul going through channel and hoped you picked up the ginger jar. Some of them can be sold for up to 40 or 60 and even higher if you can get a unique one. You should make sure you look them up while in the store.

No, when they say the Brits like their tea they really mean it! Oversized cups & saucers were a thing in the 1940s and became collectible again in the 1980-1990s. This one is unfortunately missing its saucer but could still be used for soup or as a planter.
I think I'll start collecting Hull! Love it!

I am so jealous of your thrift stores! We went to the only Goodwill that I could find in the Syracuse area this week and it was junky. Our Salvation Army stores are filled mostly with clothes so I'm looking forward to garage sales instead. You got some really pretty items today and I can't wait to see the sold video from this haul!
