We use a SOMSO model to show the major arteries that arise from the abdominal aorta including the celiac trunk, superior mesenteric artery, and the inferior mesenteric artery.     Superior mesenteric artery->large no of intestinal organ
    Right renal artery
    Left adrenal artery and left renal artery
    12:51 right and left gonadal artery
    Inferior mesenteric artery
    14:07 right and left common iliac artery-> internal and external iliac artery

    6:01 Litteraly why doesn't every teacher say that when they start talking about the cardiovascular system. It causes such confusion when your're used to thinking that artery means oxygenated/red and vein means deoxygenated/blue because they say its that way, and then you get to the pulmonary circuit and its just not true. Thank you!

    Brachicephalic artery, left common carotid artery,left subclavian artery…..aortic arch
    Brachicephalic branches into 2…right subclavian and right common carotid artery
    Left common carotid divides into internal and external carotid artery
    External carotid artery gives rise to facial artery, superficial temporal artery and occipital artery
    Internal carotid grt circle of wills
