Lvl 2-37: Full Int
Lvl 38-43: 2 con; 1 int
Lvl 44-46: Full Int
Skill:
Lvl 2-8: Att Increase (Passive) = 7/15
Lvl 9: Force wall
Lvl 10-17: Att Increase (Passive) = 15/15
Lvl 18: Blessing of Wisdom
Lvl 19-24: Save skill points (6)
Lvl 25: Mental Break (1); Psychic Shield (1); VIT Increase (Passive) = 5/15
Lvl 26-35: VIT Increase (Passive) = 15/15
Lvl 36: Concentrate (1)
Lvl 37-44: Passive Master (Passive) = 8/15
Lvl 45: Psychic Spin
Lvl 46: Passive Master (Passive) = 9/15
I messed up and leveled up the wrong passive skill which was the VIT per Eva instead of Passive Master
How to beat Kaz and Kazu:
Use your buff skills immediately on battle. Use force wall and lure kaz and kazu into it for big damage. You can spam mental break and Psychic spin for fast damage. Try using your skills on a certain distance so that you will not get hit by the bosses.

Normally yes, it might be due to the passive skills which I maxed out, I havent played for a long time so I mightve forgot
