👗 Teh Firdaus, a Malaysian designer, poured a month of effort into creating this masterpiece, awaiting the arrival of the precious "kain tenuan" fabric from Brunei.

Khatam Quran is a ceremony where a person recite a Surah normally a short one, to commemorate that he/she has completed reciting the whole Quran. Recitation of a Quran means that person recited all 114 Surahs in the Quran, taught & guided by qualified religious teachers. It is an auspicious event amongst Muslims & some bride or groom or both take the opportunity to perform the Khatam before the wedding. (It’s not a proposal of marriage).

Forgot the dresses , how about all these incredible diamonds she wore ?!! Loads of humongous priceless stones , even the bridal bouquet she held , was diamonds and not natural flowers. A bit over a top , I think, even for royals , we wouldn’t see such a display of gems worn by European royal brides in their weddings .
