The zoom lens allowed me to get nice and close to the action while being a safe distance away from flying limbs!

Did you just use natural lighting for these shots? Do you have any similar projects on the horizon?

Lighting was from the florescent lights in the gym, I have a new similar video on my page if you haven't seen it 👍

looks like the usual 23.97 like most videos are exported.
