In today's video I discuss Cobra Kai and why it is the perfect sequel to The Karate Kid, starring Ralph Macchio and William Zabka. There are some elements which I think don't work as well, however the overall concept brings a lot of nostalgia to fans as well as captures a new generation of fans.
Thirty four years after events of the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament, a down-and-out Johnny Lawrence seeks redemption by reopening the infamous Cobra Kai dojo, reigniting his rivalry with a now successful Daniel LaRusso.
