Hey I gotta tell you something cute that happened tonight. My grandson came over tonight and I turned on You Tube and guess what he said? Hey Nana do you still watch Steve and Steph and I said heck yeah. His reply WOW you’ve been watching them for about three years Nana. I said really. I laughed and said well they are part of the family. Should we have them come to our Christmas Eve family get together. LOL Our family get togethers are Epic. We get people that invite themselves because we are so much fun and word gets out. I’m getting jealous of all these E-bikes while I’m riding the old fashioned bike. 😂😂😂 I’m still waiting for Puddy to get to jump up and ride with you. 😂 You know she’s smart enough to figure it out and I’ve seen dogs on bikes before. Come on you two talented people. Make it happen for me ❤❤❤😂
After I replaced the dangerous flip up seat that flipped while I was on my first ride and after several phone calls and emails to limited English speaking customer “service” reps AND no help I purchased a non flip seat from Amazon and now am satisfied with my vitilan. However I still resent the fact that I had to pay for a new seat post! This bike is much easier to ride than my radrunner plus as it feels less heavy.
I didn’t realize until I started watching I watch your other channel too! You guys are great! We just bought an electric bike are putting it together. Thank you for the video!

SO KOOL HOW IT FOLDS UP TO PUT IN THE TRUNK. I SAW AN AD FOR AN ELECTRIC 3 WHEELER, NOW THAT IS KOOL SOUNDING FOR ME MY HUBBY COULD USE THE 2 WHEELER. THE BASKET IS GOOD FOR DAILY SHOPPING. I DON'T THINK YOU COULD TAKE PUDDY. MAYBE A CART YOU COULD HAUL HER LIKE A LITTLE TRAILER. FUN FUN FUN
I just got the same bike, with both small and large baskets. I notice that when I put my large basket on the rear rack, I can no longer get my battery out. I see some people put their baskets on sideways. What is your take on that?
I like to travel at about 8 mph. I went in and bumped level 1 to 25% and level 2 to 40% , and kept only 5 levels so that I can get to 5 faster than having to go all the way to level 8 to get full power at level 5 in an emergency such as a dog chasing you. With this bike you only get the same level of power when using throttle as you are in pas setting . In my case only getting full throttle power when pas level is 5. So if I’m riding in pas level 2 I have to change pas to level 5 to get full power in throttle mode. I really like my u7 BUT the seat post is dangerous, mine almost caused a wreck, when the front part of seat raised up with the back following down. Replace it immediately! Once I paid for my after market seat everything is good. I almost wrecked when the seat malfunctioned! Vitilan, please change the posts!
How do you guys not get the goat heads, my Son and I have had 4 flats. We use the slime, but when the whole is deep it let's the air out. Changing the back tires is a choir. Rode around diamond valley lake...oh my gosh, bumpiest road ever...22 miles. Only went have way. Thank goodness got my flat tire when we came back. I guess we'll be putting liners aswell. Beautiful area where your riding...looks smooth. Nice bike you should take puddy with u she should fit in the back put a little cushion..💓🚲🛵🛴🙋♀️
What are you gonna do with all the other bikes that they send you when you decide which one you like and use?? Id try to sell locally so you dont have to mail it out and you live in a perfect state for these kinds of bikes. Just an idea? Or maybe you have to return them??😮😮😮😮

We’ve never had a flat on any of the E-Bikes we’ve tested. Diamond Valley sounds like a fun ride 😂
