We just had our first Greenberg smoked turkey yesterday. This was by far the best turkey I've ever had and the rest of the family loved it too. Highly recommended.
These turkeys are THE BEST! I've actually ordered 5 of them. It doesn't have to be a holiday. The spices are phenomenal. I eat it cold, room temperature, and I freeze some pieces and use it in greens, beans, and other vegetables. I will forever buy these turkeys.
Been getting a GB turkey every year for 8 years from a dear friend. Since then I’ve sent turkeys to friends and family each year. We actually send them to our best customers each year at Christmas. They never disappoint! THE BEST EVER! We never heat. Warm and serve. Or serve cold during the holidays.
If the turkey arrives multiple days before Thanksgiving, at what point should you take it out of the fridge? Any tips for heating if you prefer it warm rather than room temp?

I use every shred including the bones/carcass. Make soup or greens with the great smokey flavor. Got mine today.

I just called the company and they said to take it out the afternoon/night before.
