I use a mobility aid when flying. A lot of us within the disabled community avoid flying because of how likely it is for our aids to be broken. Airlines are just like “sucks to suck,” but it completely stops our life and robs us of our freedom. A few years ago, a disability activist named Engracia Figueroa even died because United destroyed her $30k custom wheelchair and the pressure sores from the manual wheelchair they gave her took her away from us. There’s a lot of conversation and activism within the community about forcing airlines to take better care of our mobility aids and paying for the repair, replacement, and appropriate lending of new mobility aids, but we could really use help from our able-bodied allies and our fellow disabled allies that don’t need mobility aids.

As a flight attendant yes things are deteriorating lol I don't fly international anymore cuz we don't get enough time to recover from the time change. Some get used to it, but I just CAN'T 😴😴😴
Becky there's sugar in bread to help feed the yeast. It can be honey, sugar, syrup (anything a long those lines) but it helps feed the yeast so the bread rises.
*Sheets* *&* *Towels* - I ask myself this question regularly; how many towels and bedsheets is normal to have? I do think I have too many of each, but like by how much? I have 22 bath towels (like good matching towels, that doesn't include beach or one-off colors). I do have enough fitted sheets and blankets that I could change the bedding every day of the week without doing laundry. We're a family of three.

I believe my main cause is *photic* *sneezing* , which is more common for people with blue eyes, and is intensified by general allergies. Like Zach, I have blue eyes and also live in a sunny, 'desert' climate much different from where I was born and raised.
One of the reasons we like this show is for the hosts. Rainy is a great producer, Becky is knowledgeable about so many subjects, we want to see more Rachael and lastly we love that Maggie does this podcast, and is a practicing Nurse. I tell many people that I talk to that, yes you can do more than one thing. Maggie worked hard to become a part of the medical field. What a great role model. They all are excellent role models for our young people today. So awesome show. I just told some youngsters that you can actually write in and ask advice and sometimes they will answer on the show. I used to change my towels weekly, but after having recurring and annoying health issues and doing a little research, I now change them after each use. I can't say for sure if it's helped with the issue or if it's the other stuff I'm doing, but I continue to change them after each use.
My dad sneezes from tasting very bitter chocolate, and my mom sneezes from tasting very minty gum. I inherited both of these as well as sneezing from bright sunlight. But surprisingly, with all these triggers, i don't actually sneeze that often day to day.
My mum was so incensed about the policy becky mentioned about wheelchairs and pushchairs that she campaigned to get the policy changed with one airline we used regularly.
An airline lost my sister’s car seat once (can’t remember which one) but they’re required to give you a replacement car seat that is the best standard at the time. So they gave her one at the airport so she could drive her son, but then about ten min after leaving the airport they called her and said they had found the seat. It was definitely a stressful ordeal though.
It's so funny to me to see Maggie and Rainie not really understand how Southwest works because I think in the past 15 years, I've always used Southwest except maybe one time that someone used points to buy my ticket for something else. Lol.
I love my satin bonnet, scarf and pillowcase!😊😊😀😀 Putting your hair up in a pineapple or a high, loose ponytail at night can help preserve your curls and waves.
When you use a towel after showering, I am sure dead cells must come of your skin. And would you re-use a towel to dry your face after you used it to dry certain areas with it previously? Straight in the washing when I use a towel after a shower.
I see the comments about the ads and after their silence on Palestine I’m not surprised. I get it tho, they have employees and mouths to feed so ppl should understand. I was just surprised bc they were so outspoken on their stances with other issues like vaccines and blm. I just need a sign like wear watermelons so I’m not supporting no one that’s pro Israel 😂 #FREEPALESTINE
I have used them before and loved it. I think it depends who you get and how you set up your account. I was referred by a friend who also enjoyed it. It was a huge help for when I was living abroad and going through a break up l.
@@AS-vq2rh Sure, I’m well aware and I’ve commented about that before, but unfortunately they’ve been plugging them for YEARS and people have been complaining this whole time - so while I’m sympathetic to that possibility, it’s been long enough I’d be surprised if they hadn’t renewed at some point. I also think expressing our disappointment is helpful so that if/when the next renewal period comes they know how fans feel about it, or if they have the option to terminate the contract early they choose to do so. One of the recent Try Guys episodes had a very uncomfortable ad for BetterHelp that basically said “don’t talk to your friends about your problems, go to BetterHelp”, which is terrible advice financially and emotionally. If they do have to keep promoting these brands, they could at least do so in a less insulting and offensive way (since we know they have some ownership over how they fulfill the ad contracts based on past things they’ve said/done).
