Giving to needy, handicapped or crippled beggars or poor poojari is what most of us do in our family. We never give to hundi as we suspect this money goes to sponsor non-Hindu programs mostly. we also stopped going to government/Mujari controlled temples. Even if we go, just do namaskaar or annadaanam. Of course it is one's own wish😷
