പക്ഷെ എനിക്ക് എന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ ഇങ്ങനെ പെരുമാറാൻ കഴിയാറില്ല എന്നത് ഒരു ഞെട്ടിക്കുന്ന സത്യമാണ്.
ഈ വീഡിയോ കുറച്ചു മുൻപേ ഞാൻ കാണേണ്ടത് ആയിരുന്നു. പക്ഷേ ഇപ്പോൾ ആയിരിക്കും എന്റെ കറക്റ്റ് സമയം.. എനിക്കു ഒരുപാട് use ആയിട്ട് ഉള്ള വീഡിയോസ് ആണ് താങ്കളുടെ.. സത്യം പറയട്ടെ ആദി ചേട്ടൻ താങ്കളെ പോലെ ഒരാളെ സുഹൃത്തു ആയി കിട്ടുന്നവർ lucky people.. 😊

1. Ask the person and confirm before you handover their number to someone else.
2. First time conversation via phone is more helpful if you send them a text beforehand. Use whatsapp as next stage of intimacy.
3. Please wait at least 5-6 rings before hanging up. (Make exception for elderly and pregnant people).
4. Find a quite and calm place before having a phone conversation.
5. First 'hello' should be soft and we should ask if they have enough time to spare, for a conversation. If they don't, respect their priorities.
6. Please don't continuously call if they don't attend after two calls. Notify them via text and give them space.
7. Call between a convenient time frame for the other person.
8. Wrong number conversation should be precise and minimal. Apologize and hang up without too much explanation or drama. Triple check before calling again.
9. Do not unnecessarily record or put the call on loud speaker.
10. Put phone in silent mode if you are in crowded places.
11. Mindless dialing happens but do not pry. Hang up after two 'hellos'.
12. Telephone invitations should not be a trap.
13. Don't drag unwanted boring conversations. Be polite.
14. Use text languages.
15. If you're not a conversationalist, stick with texts. Mind autocorrection while speed texting. So take time before hitting 'send'.
16. 'Delete for everyone' feature should not be misused and abused.
17. Please don't take your frustrations out on customer care executives.

18. Improve on yourself. There is nothing shameful on admitting you can be better.

Great words Aathi, I totally agree with you. Most of the time people forget to ask simple things like Are you Ok, or how you are doing, thought it's a good way to start a conversation.
Yesterday my friends was talking about phone etiquette . But I haven't heard of this word ever before. I asked them about phone etiquette what its means. But answer was not clear. Now it's perfect , Im going to share with them.
