Does it still count as a 'messenger' if one of the strings takes out another pin (either by knocking the pin itself or by catching the said pin's string)?
Der Pinsetter, ist höchstwahrscheinlich von Funk / Spellmann, bin mir aber leider nicht zu 100% sicher... wegen dem Center kannst du mir gerne auf Insta mal schreiben, möchte das so nicht sagen... ;)
The same pins getting hot every single frame are going to make the pins react different also the strings not the pins can knock down other pins that shouldn't get knocked down
@@ArmoredsoldierCZ .. I'm protesting by not bowling at places with strings and supporting houses with free fall like I have for the last 53 years. Currently in 3 leagues and various tournaments.
@@oiler62 weak, but i guess that works too. Enyways. Im gonna say this. Those owners that will want easier and cheap maintenance machine will change to string pins. Perhaps only those that will want to be unique or "royal" to free falls will stay. Just question is if parts for them will be produced tho. Because without spare parts its gonna mean complete end of them.
@@ArmoredsoldierCZ there's new state of the art freefall pinsetters that require less maintenance and use less power. As rich and dominant Bowlero is, they should invest in those instead of the arcade strings. The casual bowler and kiddie parties may not care but those of us who take the game a little more serious, freefall is the only way. Many in my leagues will quit bowling if they switch.
@@oiler62 im gonna be honest with you. As someone who bowled on strings since like 9 (im 22 now), i dont really see problems with them. And honestly, it was quite rare for string to take out a pin. Probably because the strings are long and move smoothly, so you dont have situations where pin is pulled away from another or seem to hang (if you know what i mean). But yea, i sadly dont know how it feels to play freefall bowling. Maybe you all are absolutely right all along. May i ask tho. Are you from America?
While at the same time being unfair with the Strings attach, you could get cheating strikes when the 4 or 6 pin going around the 7 or 10 pin and the string snags them down. If I want something easier for Bowling especially prorietors, just hire pinboys and case close.
2:05 the 6 pin was hit by the string, not another pin. So....not authentic really.
Yup, it's annoying sometimes... °-°
That’s why String Pinsetters should not be part of the Sport Bowling. Lousy Bowling Proprietors would just rub their cash grabs around our faces -.-
0:34 too.
@@PinoyBowlerGS92 If you give me a 200k extra for the cost of free-fall vs string in a small 10 lane centre, I'll gladly install free-fall ;)

3:11 Bowling Ball: Move Out Of My Way
Bowling Pins: Oh Oh Yes Sir
2:05 A strike was rolled but the 6 pin fell without being touched by neither the ball nor pins.
I could see this being more cost effective for a home bowling setup

Forget doing the 7-10 split conversion on this thing 😢
I like how the pins are just like random
What brand is this. Funk or something? Amf isn’t so fast.
It‘s a „S.E.S. Kegelbahntechnik K800“ machine.
Awesome video dude
Thanks
I love string pinsetters because I have a 5 pin bowling alley in my hometown

Pues Ami si me gustan ok
Like a kiddie arcade game. If this is the future, I'm out. This will save money, then lower the price per game. Yeah, right.
Stop complaining on the internet and go protest on the streets.

That’s nice for a child’s bowling game, not for real bowling.
Yeah, I guess you're right... Strings are mostly just for fun.
String pins just make a sport easier.
