  • When a video is stuffed with continuous sounds, it is sometimes difficult to fall asleep. I think that, like for music, silence can help to give some breath to the tune, here the tune of sleep.

I appreciate a video that breaks the speed trend of everyday life like that, most videos are about fast sounds, and they may be good, but it's the slower and contemplative ones that really relax me

This is super awesome!! Reminds me of the Anticipatory Tingles style videos that Heather Feather used to do! (I feel like Marno did one too? If anyone wants to check those out too) it's one of my FAVE triggers because it forces me to slow my mind down, and stop trying to fill in those empty moments of calm with thoughts. Just waiting for the breaking of the silence to end, and letting it sit/stay empty space is so incredibly soothing!

I hate how lazy asmr has become in a lot of videos nowadays. Always the same aggressive finger fluttering in the beginning paired with ,,hello hello hello‘‘, not even loud bumps against the mic are edited out.
But your videos are such high quality and made with care and love which is why I love them. This video especially is my last resort if I can‘t sleep which is the case tonight and on top of that I have an exam in the morning. I hope you will save my sleep once again!
Update: the video made me finally fall and stay asleep until morning. Thank you!

I wasn’t able to fall asleep tonight so I thought “why not try some asmr” and then I saw that you uploaded! Your videos are always the most relaxing and the best to fall asleep to. Thank you!

    Bonne nuit !
