- Welcome back! Todays video I install a Big Bore kit on my 49cc scooter in hopes to gain some speed! But did I gain anything? Be sure to like and subscribe if you haven't!

carb and cvt set would be a treat
Riding home with that shelving unit must have been fun.
using the 49cc head with that squish band is Seriously limiting power also.
Def gained some serious speed gains
A KX125 engine would be awesome 👌
I built up a scooter once it started making rattling sounds while I was pushing 50mph when I hit 60 the rattling went from the engine into the exhaust and suddenly I heard “rattle rattle SPOOFK” and the scooter shot off and topped out at 70 I still have no idea wtf shot out of my pipe
probaly some restrictor came loose
wait untill you find out about gilera runner or piaggio nrg 50 (same engine) - 85km/h gps from the shop (derestricted of course)

49cc is just too slow. 72cc is not land speed records but you can at least keep up with traffic.
Stock cylinder and pipe these things get up to 70kph. Upjet or get a bigger carb and it would surely hit 90-100kph
they have a stock 18mm carb they only need upjetting

I've seen a modded Kawasaki AR80 clap a Honda CBR250
Need a variator, clutch, kevlar belt, jets, carbon reeds next.

You have to change the Variomatik to Drive faster
i have one with the same engine but different body kit(body kit copy from honda tact af31) , and iam upgrade to 99cc (53 bore and 45 stroke),some fun and easy to get 95++,but i broke my belt in 97kmh gps,bc my variator too big and my belt too length and the belt rub with the cranksace lol

What gears do you recommend?
it doesn't need gears.... lol it needs a non restricted CDi so it can rev out. Also needs CVT tuning.
ive watched so many videos about the CDIs and so many people say they don't even make a difference.. maybe ill have to try it for myself@@bartobuilt2601
