Chromium exposure harms workers in the poor foreign areas that it came from. It can cause cancer, nausea, vommiting, diarrhea and so on. The production of leather is fucked up. If you choose to wear it then so are you!

I had to have my 12 year old chocolate lab put down last year because her kidneys shut down. Before her final vet visit we stopped at Wendy’s and had a chocolate frosty together. The look on her face after tasting chocolate for the first time was incredible. She was my best friend. RIP Portia. Here’s to you sweetheart.

I don't know why the color would make a difference, seems silly, but every chocolate I've ever owned or met was this way 🤷♀️ If you can make it through the 3-4 years of rowdy puppy stage, you'll have yourself a great friend 😊

I had a kitty who went through a love affair with my exercise bar. Everywhere I moved the bar, he'd follow. He'd sit next to it and sleep next to it. That went on for a couple months at least. I have several pictures. That kitty passed in July 2021, but I was looking through my pics the other day and came across those. They never cease to make me smile. :)

Ollie with his stuffed pumpkin reminds me of our chocolate lab growing up who had a duck plushie that he was super gentle with. Any other stuffed animal he would tear to shreds, especially the eyes, but that stuffed duck lasted him a good few years before we had to get him a new one.

Our bull terrier did this with a steel pan. We had a 6 quart steel pan that was meant to be the outside water dish for the dogs. Chuck decided it was his. Licked it all the time. Joyfully kicked it around the yard and pounced on it. Took it into his kennel and slept with it. Chuck loved that pan. You could put water in it and he'd drink from it, then he'd dump the water out and carry it under the bush where he liked to sleep in the shade. So adorable. Glad it was a pan not a pumpkin. No rotting.

Ollie is old. She got a puppy to learn from Ollie, so when it is Ollie's time, she will have a little bit of Ollie in the puppy.
