How to transfer it on cloth
Have I to stitch the Mati cloth to the fabric we want to embroider

You can draw this line on a graph paper (preferably 10 lines per inch or usual graph notebook paper will also can be used) and then transfer the design onto the fabric using carbon paper if you are a beginner in Kasuti work.
Marty cloth will not be suitable to work kasuti embroidery as the stitches will get loosen after removing Matty cloth. We have to use kasuti net cloth. I am not finding it online nowadays. Better use graph paper. Hope this helps.
