They did real good for season 15. Now there are a decent chunk of things that can break Noctowl/Lanturn and a lot of things that were one step away from being good are good, resulting in a drastic meta shift sparking life into the game. Experimenting with a lot of stuff, currently trying Cradily/Deo D/shadow Machamp. Hopefully less people are inclined to run Medicham. I wanna finally use shadow Machamp.
Tried Altaria with Walrein safe swap and Dewgong as the closer. I really enjoy the debuffs when the opponent only has one pokemon left, if you arent completely countered the opponent has barely a chance in this situation. Also tried Nidoqueen, helps against Basti as Drillrun only does half, also great to double debuff at the end

Instead of using Decidueye to hard counter Vigoroth and farm it down with Razor Leaf, what about using Gourgeist (XL) instead? No Brave Bird but it has a cheaper grass move in Seed Bomb. Pair that with Foul Play or Fire Blast and I think it would be some nice spice. Just an idea for next time that Sunshine cup comes around
When I was updating Dewgong's moveset, I got liquidation first- I then got a message when I tried to change thab liquidation cannot be relearned Anybody else get that?
Gg - had no way of flipping switch off that thing. Maybe could have come in Aslash after a 2nd foul play.definitely building teams with a least 1 thing that can beat that in the 2s in future.
For Fast Moves Powder Snow and Shadow Claw does same damage (PS has less base power, but gets STAB) and generates same amount of energy For Charge Moves Ice Punch and Drill Run are recommended, but I prefer Blizzard over Ice Punch for a one shot potential
Are you sure that Dewgong is the featured Pokemon? Sounds like Umbreon was the MVP 😉 But yeah, I was wondering why they buffed Icicle Spear again, and realized that otherwise Walrein would be completely overshadowed by the new Dewgong. Dewgong was already solid, but now it's SO good! Keep on making great content!

Niantic brought some beautifull changes, little bit sad that the players dont change... dit my first 25 battles, i have seen 13 bastiodon (4 of the with double grass) and 6 double charmers. I wil probably quit (rhe 25 per day pace) after a few days just like past seasons.
the first Days are always wild but i feel like that dewgong and Gliscor are building an awesome core. Both are great generalist and Dewgong taking care of Gliscors bad matchups.
As much as I want to try the new Pokemons out for the buffed moves, it's unfortunately not fun because everyone is just running Pokemons that just beat those typings. So many medichams or Obstagoon around and then still Noctowl and Lanterns everywhere as well. Trevenant pretty much disappeared because of the nerf for seed bomb and because Noctowls are just everywhere. This season just really wants more Medichams around because of A-Sandslash and Ice types.

After running Dunsparce for 3 sets i noticed the Rollout buff immediately. It’s crazy how that 1 extra base power is so noticeable

I haven’t seen much vigoroth in the sunshine cup. Normally I see it every game but no one is using it this time around

The buffed decidueye is insane. i just ran it today and the amount of damage leafage does even in resisted is crazy
Yeah Decidueye has been my ace in Summer Cup. It's an absolute monster now that you can reliably get to BB
