GBL Season 18 hasn't even started, and we're already getting an absolute banger for the Ultra League in the form of Tapu Koko. As a Electric/Fairy type, I felt it had potential to break cores, and was a move away from being viable.

What do you think? Is it an upgrade to Ampharos? Because its brutal swing gets blocked by Poli and TFini, but with this move, we have a consistent damage output (w debuff) which covers ever present Giratina as well !
I still prefer shadow ampharos, but this will see strong limited meta play!

it's a signature move shared by all of the Tapus which are all part fairy type.

What are you talking about. There’s two reasons, one it has a lower energy cost and two it applies a defense drop. If he shielded thunderbolt it would’ve been more inefficient whereas shielding natures madness requires less cost and applies a debuff.
