Mainly because i wanted to ride rough terrain here and there lol not full trail type stuff but climb some hills, play on the grass/dirt, stuff like that. Plus my fiido has a hub motor so i figure have one hub and one mid drive lol
@@JonnyDuzzit oh wow I thought it’d be more teeth but I guess for that pitch each tooth is just bigger than #25 sprockets which is why it’s so massive. How many tooth motor sprocket do you have on the Sur Ron motor? Sur Ron’s have a two-stage gearing don’t they? I had assumed they had a pretty low gear ratio and that the motor prefers to run at high rpm’s. Do you know what the stock gear ratio is on a Sur Ron? How about the rpm rating on that motor?
After a little research I found that the typical stock gear ratio of a Sur Ron is 1-7.6! So it definitely looks like that motor prefers pretty high rpm, probably 4500 or so.
Killa build bro, love seeing these mini rons built in hawaii. Think theres a few of you guys now on road 🙌🏽🔥🔥🔥
Looking like a grom lmao nice build

Hell yeah brother! You killed it, looking forward to the rest!

@@EmxBrandon same, it's still hot in the evening as well 🤣

where can i purchase this motor at?
what size is your rear shock?
Only 240mm but the extended swingarm also adds height

Nice! Where you buy that big sprocket from?
It's just a cheapy one off amazon
@@JonnyDuzzit I’m gonna try to find it. How many teeth on it?
