Salam Alikom, after listening to a previous episode of yours, I started this morning drink ritual where I blend a cup of water at 40 degrees with one tablespoon of ACV and half a whole lemon with one date, been doing that for over three months and I’ve recently added greens powder as well, I’ve noticed increased insulin sensitivity which has helped me reduce my daily insulin dosage and lose some weight which is extremely difficult to do as a Type 1 diabetic
Could you please cover the efficacy of liposomal supplements? Does it make a statistical difference in biomarkers? Absorption? I appreciate your outlook on data and real world application. Thx!

You somewhat lost me until you mentioned dark chocolate and peppermint tea! I do that too 😂 I'm 45, grandma, train 3-4 times a week, trying to lose 5kg, n it's taking much longer than in my 30's..looking at strength training..we only eat home cooked food n desserts, use honey or maple syrup only..apple cider in the morning in water, lemon juice n honey..youngest is 18months, n I'm always bloated..maybe some patience I guess?? But tbh, I eat chips at night 🤦♀️any tips? Jazak Allah khayr
