One thing I can't understand...If the one who get promotion,have already gone throughout the selection process like others and if he get passed and others got failed then why not company shows all there credit list from top to bottom as a notice then everyone get to know how and why they got rejected it's as simple as that

Mam we always have to write Summary, Identification of problem, Solution, Conclusion in the case study rather than answering the question which is asked in case Study?
