🎉 another Rimzler review. Thank you 😊. These kits are such a pain to get in South Africa and shipping rates are crazy. Keep it up, very informative as all ways
Thank you so much for watching! That's sad, shipping infrastructure should be better developed across the world, and taxes unified for imports, I have to pay a ton to get stuff here in Italy too
Great video! But really as someone who was a beginner just 6 months ago and bought a RTF kit, I wish I hadn't and would never buy one as a beginner. I had to get new goggles and radio within the first 2 months of buying the kit, and found the kit to be a waste of money. This radio does seem better than the one that came in the cetus x kit though
Hey! Also I am a bit worried about other reviews saying the camera is trash, or it cant really do freestyle. Should I pick cetus Pro or Aquila? A bit short on budget.@Rimzler
@TaPe-Polic camera is trash, you can't really do freestyle true, but during the learning process is more gradual, so you will have a easier time, camera is 10$ improvement if you need it, and the radio is elrs 2.4, sadly Cetus is frsky D8 a protocol nobody uses anymore, so the radio becomes trash if you want to progress, the drone is slightly better but still you will want a dedicated freestyle when it's time, you can go with second hand analog small elrs ones probably around 70/100$ Other starting kits with elrs are from emax but a little more expensive So yeah so far this makes the most sense to me, if they nailed the camera and it flew a little better it would have been a hands down recommendation, get a couple of 650 mah batteries to fly better Or grab some dji digital second hand stuff that would be my top recommendation, probably an Avata to start out
Thats a great review, the best I've watched on this kit. I bought it and everything you have to say is correct. The controller is great, so comfortable to use. I see no reason to change it when I get a better drone..
It has nothing to do with the battery weight but all with the capacity to deload of the battery. The big one 1100 mha releases with a current of 15C. The 650 mha releases with 62C. It blasts that thing up to an exellent freestyler, make no mistake.
C rating is bogus, usually bigger batteries can deliver more amps, on a 1s drone weight matters a lot, and this drone is heavy, so 15 grams less are gonna make it fly so much better
Hey I have a tinygo 4K from geprc, I think is a pretty awesome starting kit, that was my first fpv drone and even when it is a little more expensive, I think irt gives a pretty good flying experience, plus adding 4K 60fps camera so I was able from the very beginning to get awesome shots with it, I still like to fly it, indoors is a lot of fun, but even outdoors I can still fly it pretty good, I think not too many people talks about it, but I feel is a pretty good option to start, it would be cool to see you reviewing it, I'm already using more advanced drones, but still love to fly my tinygo
Since the release of the DJI avata, I suggest starting with that to most people, much better investment, otherwise get some of the cheapest options out there if strapped on money, this is good mostly because of the elrs radio that's not plastic garbage, drone will be fine enough indoors
@@Rimzler Suggest to review Geprc Tinygo 4K kit, the 4K camera is not bad, even better with Gyroflow (latest version writes gyro data in the sd card of the drone)
I like this drone and want to buy it. But not in this combo. I've already bought a 2nd hand Jumper T20 for €45 and a new Skyzone Cobra SD for €128. At the end I spend not much more l, but have a much better setup to the drone and compatible with every drone analog/elrs.
I had this drone and man I can't stretch this enough how bad the camera is. This video does justice to it. In reality you can't see a damn thing shadowed. Also it's super under powered. The prop wash is insane.
Yeah the combo of that camera and the low end goggles makes for a pretty poor flying experience, the DVR looked slightly better than when flying irl, and the crazy part it's the same or similar camera to the second drone I showed, so no reason being that bad!
Affordable ones don't come with crsf, some come with frsky but it's not widespread anymore, it's a worse protocol and they kind of made it incompatible with latest radios, so using elrs is a totally good and future proof move
Yes for regular pilots the drone is awful, but for learning especially indoors it does make things easier in the beginning, then will have to purchase another drone as it always happens with this kind of kits
I bought this drone to learn to fly. But it turned out to be just crap, terrible camera, no traction at all, you can forget about freestyle at all. 1100 MP or 600 MP batteries make no difference, the drone flies terribly. After 10 flights, the video module burned out. I ordered a new one and the 2nd video module burned out within 2 weeks. There are also problems with arbitrary disarm, the drone can fly and turn off the motors whenever it wants. Disgusting experience. I don't recommend it to anyone. After buy the Meteor 75 pro, I thought I bought a Ferrari and not a drone. xD
Yeah the camera is one of the worst I ever tried and the drone pretty weak, but I'm curious how you found the initial parts of flying in stabilized mode, do you think it's useful to learn that gradually?
@@Rimzler I started flying in acrobatic mode right away. Because before buying the drone I trained in the simulator for quite a long time. But I will say this. The disadvantages of this drone cross out all its advantages. I would not advise anyone to buy this at all. And + you can collect a good assembly from individual components and it will not be much more expensive than this whole kit.
Best reviews in YT))
Thank you! Too kind☺️☺️
I agree. 😊🎉

Very great video! Looking to buy this drone soon so this was very helpful‼
I wish the camera was better but it will be a cheap 10$ upgrade, flighwise get a 650 mAh and will be a bit better

You really made my day. After days of days deciding these, I decided to go with Aquila16. Thanks! Subscribed from my another account.
Great choice as starting kit! Any doubts hit me up!

Hallo. Can i fly Beta fpv 65air with remote Controller and Googles of the aquilla 16 RTF kit? Thanks
Thank you for your video, it was very informative. I agree about the drone camera. It would be nice if it were a bit better, but it is what it is.😊
thanks bro
Thank you for watching!
Thanks for the review ... hope to see chicken test in next review.
I have Geprc TinyGo 4K kit, I think it is also a good kit.
Ahahahahha I tried following them but camera was super bad and could not track them well

That's not completely true about a lot of the bind and flies some have frsky options and some even have crsf options.
