Was actually recorded in the same room as the live video. Live video was her FIRST time singing it after being written. The video also was NOT recent. Over a year old and she decided to upload for the album launch. She only has sung the song 2 more times for the final album version. She was so emotionally invested in this song that she only felt comfortable and available to sing it in this room. So they turned it into a recording studio by adding padding and blankets in the room to separate the piano and vocals. So what we are hearing is RAW. This is also the same room where When we were young was written.
This is Her lived experience. But it speaks of the millions of Women who experience similar life scenario's, only to be let down or to destroy others. Its almost a PRAYER.

She said in an interview with zane lowe she won't perform this live *(ike in a concert) . Because of how painful (emotionally) it is to sing. Which is a shame
