Appreciate your content as always Cameron. Thank you for the upload!
Love these ! Time to see if you’ve posted another gem…
Awesome Video. Very informative and detailed analysis 👏
I always enjoy and learn from your videos. Thank you! I would love your analysis of BN (Brookfield Management).
Let the stock price comes to us! Gem of a statement!
LOL did my own analysis today…perfect timing, thanks!before watching the video: I was not sure what to make of it at the current price
I just bought a few at $123 thank you for an awesome good explain about this stock
Great video. would appreciate your thoughts/analysis on DFS.
very detailed. I like that you describe accounting principles like goodwill in the video that makes many things easier to understand. thank you.
Hey Cameron, thanks a lot for your brilliant work. Could you please do Dollar General DG? Cheers
Great analysis! Bought some EL at $170 I’ll buy more if it hits under $150 again
Brilliant in-depth stock analysis though!
I really like your content, great video. what are you toughts on yum china?
Hy dear i love your content watching your videos from very long time can you please make a full analysis video on BLK its my favourite stock I’m pretty sure you will love it after that.
Would love to see the Hartford stock. Seems very well valued and growing. Not great with insurance or bank stocks though
Bought some Estee Lauder and LVMH(50% - 50%) today. Lauder looks more like a value stock and LVMH one of best luxury brands. Centene Corporation (CNC) would be interesting stock to analyze.
thanks bro. Great sharing. Just asking do you accept sponsorship?
Cameron, we need an update on EL please :)
I am somewhat concerned by the level of debt they have. It's not a critical level, but not a nice picture. And if you look at what they did in the last 10 years - almost no debt repayment but lots of stock buybacks at the very top (2.3 BN in stock repurchases in 2022 only!). and now they halt the buybacks (which is good, as you said, they will try to repay debt). Honestly, it's not the best capital allocation but yeah, it's worth watching and I would love to see it below 140. Thank you for your video.
Thanks for the vid Cameron, being watching this stock for months now. I will be looking at this stock sub $140.
As I type on October 15, 2023, the price is now $137.68.
The whole suspending the share repurchases to pay down debt makes me wonder what would generate the most return or appreciation over time. I suppose there's the downside to acquiring other companies.
did not he take that into account?
LETS GET TO WOOOOOOOOOOOORK!!!!
Thank you for the analysis. I'm watching the stock price of EL for the last couple of weeks. If it gets under my calculated buy price of < $140, i'll open a first position. a different stock in the beauty&clothing segment, that i find even more interesting right now is Kering. It's a buy for me under $500. What do you think? Would love to see a video on that and hear your opinion.
Thanks a lot for kering. I cheched it and it seems very interesting
As I type on October 15, 2023, the price is now $137.68.
As a member of the Lauder family, who therefore has a strong interest in the company, I am watching the stock very closely, and will be buying more at $150.
As if that means anything lol. You have a surname that resembles a famous company, nothing more nothing less.
@@lifeofdiggy6490He's obviously joking
You're not a member of the Lauder family. You're a liar.
@@lifeofdiggy6490plus, this guy is a fraud. He has absolutely no relation to this family.
Lol
My man, this comes right in time. My finger is on the buy button. So, let's see what you think of it.
You say a roughly 120ish stock price gives around 15 times earnings, what year's earnings are you referring to here?
it is at 101 today
Thanks Cameron. I actually bought a solitary share at $153 this week to get myself into research mode for EL... I remember missing it at $128 back in December 2018. That bothered me for years 😆
you can get it today at 106...
@@theresamorgavi9196 Can and will 😂
Don't forget the Chinese government had a policy that banned group travel, and recently opened it up again. There will be more Chinese tourists buying Estee Lauder (it's one of the highest selling cosmetics during their equivalent of black friday). EL stock WILL recover to their previous highs, and it's just a waiting game atm.
1/4 of my port 160 cost basis
Recover to its previous high ($330)? ….good luck with that.
As a shareholder, i would be happy if it reaches $200 in the next 5 yrs.
Ulta Beauty analysis next please Cameron!
I’ve tried but it’s been fully priced for a while
Its not ....recent pullback fmv is 500 and trades at 420...look at rev growth and roic and fcf yield
Good call
Getting eager for more videos!
ya, I took some time off.
@@CstewartCFA You should. I appreciate all your wisdom. Happy new year 🎉
Can you cover CVS again?
How do you evaluate a growing company like Outset medical or Roblox?
Does it make a difference wether I buy in euro or dollar?
buy it now at 98 USD first Position. Think they need more time. China India.
Do ULTA next
Yes plz do ULTA
Hmm I’m liking it around $130
Watching it since I spoke to my in law who works at their accounting dep. The russian/ukranian war affected them a lot and China obviously. They also had a data breach recently. I like the company, like the numbers. Chart looks bad short term. I’m close to get my first order filled on them.
If i can make a request for MGM Resorts International (MGM)? Thanks!
Bout time. Woulda kept pestering you on Twitter until you did EL
Hahahah. Thanks
El stock is down a lot but the pe is still sky high! It's hovering around 50+ and I don't think anyone would be really comfortable paying 50x earnings to own a company that sells discretionary vanity products in an increasingly difficult economy! It just doesn't work. Why would I buy el for 50+ times earnings when I could buy hershey or macdonalds for half that, or visa for 30 times earnings, or google/apple for 28-30x earnings! All of these are way better options at the moment. Who cares about smelling good when the economy is in the toilet! Even nike would be wiser choice
Pe is high because earning is down and cogs is up driving down the margin. El is a cyclical stock which growth highly depend on economic situation. It’s normal to look very bad in economic downturn, but on the other hand will be one of the best stocks to have when economy get better.
@@SuksuNa Even if you are right, why el?? And not lmvh, loreal or inter parfum, or christian dior and many others
Minor correction: your video title says "Sock on sale" - which is amusing, but clearly not intended
Спасибо за хороший анализ
Yeah boooiii
Cameron, with today's big drop in $EL, does that change your opinion or is this a buying opportunity?
No. Long term it’s a bump in the road
@@CstewartCFA thanks for the reply. After digging thru the release, I sold ATM puts hoping to pick it up a little cheaper.
Thanks for the video. Reason for me to stay away is outlook coming years in China, luxury companies will have headwinds there due to slower growth in China. Lot of business from EL, LVHM, Hermes etc is driven by this. Add the living costs crisis in west and no go for now. I am waiting for a better bargain.
Betting on women's vanity products seems like a no-brainer to me.
Stock* not sock
Oh thanks
stock collapsed finally
