Exactly what I have Ben looking for EXECPT. I have noticed a lot of portable sinks have very tall water facets as does this one relatively. I understand why as someone will be able to fit large items-perhaps a cooking pan, etc. under the facet. The problem, however, as that particularly a smaller product like this it is really only wanted for hand washing. Let’s say in your car or van. With tall faucets there is going to be splash. Nobody wants to wash their hands and have water splashing all outside the catch basin. I highly recommend including (or making available for purchase a secondary faucet that can changed out and replace the tall faucet. This would also need to be sized and positioned correctly so that someone with large hands can easily wash (outlet not too close to edge of catch basin). But definitely. A lower faucet I think is needed as an option. Otherwise, what a great product. Anyone who purchases I recommend distilled water as these types of things can get a moldy smell after a while that you can’t get out.

Stay away. It’s awful. Can’t even be assembled and there are no clear instructions!!

Really nice product that fills a specific niche.
I would have liked to see two different colours for the tanks and their caps, maybe one blue set and one grey set to differentiate between fresh and gray water tanks.

How many times you will pump and for how many seconds long will the water flow?
5-10 pumps will get you about a minute of flow. The more your pressurize the tank the longer it will last.
Same experience, I got it working, eventually, and it's pretty cool. There were no instructions included, and none on the website other than this video, which misses some important stuff and is filmed too fast without narrative. I too only had one rubber sleeve, not two, per the video. I figured out the drain which doesn't appear to be covered on this video either. It's almost great, but ^^^this is lame ^^^. Just pay the extra $1 per unit and have it preassembled already. Oh, yeah, the stickers are rubbish and don't come off the backing. Seriously, stop being cheap.

Agree. This assembly nonsense is what puts me off getting one.
Silly not to include a usb water pump for the insane price tag of a fancy milk crate.
We deliberately decided against a pump with electricity.😅 That way, you can use the Wash anytime and anywhere.😜 👍

Same experience as the other commenters. The instructions are not clear at all. Both the paper and the video. The video is way roo fast, even on .25 speed the pieces are so small you cant see whats going on theough the hands in the video. I am feeling frustrated rewinding and trying to pause at the exact microsecond to see whats being done. I thought I would be opening the package and using it, not spending hours learning plumbing.
I want to add. I got it assembled. The product itself is high quality, the tap is nice and heavy and the water works well.
If they could improve the customer receiving experience and have it already assembled, then I woul give it 5 stars. I paid $299.00. in Canada. It's a lot to also end up spending more than two hours trying to assemble.

The assembly for this has been a pain. Have it put together but water won’t come out of the spout. Narration with the video would be nice.

This really should come assembled. (It doesn't pack any better unassembled; there's really no reason/excuse to put the customer through all that fiddliness.) Seems great, otherwise.

@@myboxio Fair enough. And your prices are very reasonable, relative to everything else on the market, which I appreciate very much. (I also appreciate that you use recycled materials, while I'm at it. :- ) ) Maybe at some point, you could offer an option: assembled (at the necessary upcharge) and unassembled/DIY. And, to tell you the truth, I'd almost certainly choose the DIY (I guess depending on the amount of the upcharge). Anyhow, thanks for your reply.

I purchased one and while it appears to be a quality item it was missing parts and thus I did not get the chance to use it. Highly disappointing.

@@myboxio I received my Box wash sink and it came missing one of the small rubber parts for the hose. I only received one rubber part and yet there are two hoses. How do I order a replacement for the missing part?

Does the drain automatically sit down onto the wastewater tank when you close the sink part onto the top ? The video does not do a good job of showing how this part of the system works/is assembled
Yes, the drain sits directly into the mouth of the grey water tank. There is a rubber gasket that seals around it as well.
Just bought one. Between your instructions here and the paper instructions nothing makes sense! Three people including an engineer tried to assemble. Can’t be done!! Stay away from this rubbish nonsense. £180 later!!! . I will be seeking a refund!
