- It's been a little while since my last vid, sorry about that! But here we are, in Kalos at last. It was nice to play through this again! I played Y in this playthough, so no Xerneas for me.
Also I apologize for some background noise while recording the dub, I didn't quite notice it until the video was already almost complete :(
My summary videos serve a few purposes; it can be to help people remember the story of a game they already beat and don't want to restart their file, for people who are halfway through a save file and don't remember what led up to the point that they are at, it can also just be for people who are curious about the story and don't own the game, or you saw a speedrun of the game and want to know more, or for people who want some boring content to fall asleep to. I haven't played X and Y but, thank you for the summary/nutshell. Also, you were right about Lysandre having weird plan of world abomination. He doesn't look like a big villian to me, he's just a guy who wants beautiful world.

People shit on this game's story but it's actually really good!
It was just unfinished, It definitely missed a lot because they had to release on a certain date, It is my favourite gen because It left me wanting a LOT more, I Hope they make a remake in the future with everything they left out on the lore etc.

By far my fave Pokemon game, the story is amazing. Tho there are some pretty messed up things... for example if you go to Cyllage City after pressing a button in Lysandre Labs to activate the machine, some grunts block the way towards Geosenge and one says, "Nope! I won't listen to the cries of the tied up Pokemon! I won't do it!" He says whilst the Pokemon's life force is being sucked away by the machine. But i think that's a nice touch and it adds more horror to the climax.

Everyone always brushes over the fact that if Shauna hadn't shown up in team flares base then you would not be able to get past the door to the legendary of the game you picked because she used an Invention of Clemont's to open it. Let's hope he doesn't find out that it broke afterwards. :P
