I wish this video was for the 8.3 Cummins CAPs fuel pump...
Did you have lose of power before you replaced your old pump? I have a 2000 Freightliner FL70 with a Cummins 8.3 ISC engine....I can't build speed after replacing my CAPs fuel pump.
