Nanu's still my favorite Island Kahuna, but man, I remember the battle with him actually being quite tough in USUM.
ngl i'm still unable to figure out why Olivia was so hard when her Pokemon have so many weaknesses
Olivia’s lileep was so hard tbh
I was able to one shot her lycanroc fast with brionne’s z move so it didnt cause me any problems
@@faridanasser4650 same, I just used Razor Leaf from Dartrix and it took out Lycanroc in 2 Hits.
nanu is my favorite because he uses dark type pokemon!

Kahli was a nice mix up, though. Honestly, in my first play through I anticipated the elite four to just be the kahunas, and so I prepared for them based on their type. However, Kahli was the most difficult for me as I had no coverage for her on my team.
It was stated that she beat the island challenge a couple years back and Kakui was impressed by her so he recruited her for the elite four.
Nanu's the reason why Primarina is the best starter in Alola, Incineroar has no chance against him, Decidueye is weak but if Krokorok misses, it dies to Leaf Blade or Razor Leaf.
Ok, so I got Ultra Sun for Christmas 3 years ago. While I was playing the game a little bit, I received the special Rockruff that evolves into the Dusk Form of Lycanroc via Mystery Gift. I hope that makes sense.
I like kahuna hapu because of her development and they way she opens up to you and lillie second is kahuna nanu simply because he is the most laid back kahuna
