it USED Mto be on the market for a hundred Million Dollars, but nobody wanted to pay that price, so later lowered it to 75 million
I remember when this was on the market for a Hundred Million dollars....this house could easily sell for that no problem........Hopefully somebody will purchase this sometime, now when the right person does buy this, will it come completly furnished just like it is in the video?????
It is almost identical to this day as it was in the video, may daughter spent super bowl Sunday 2015 there.. she said almost everything is the same. So yes it sold completely furnished, with paintings as well.
WOW, maybe thats the reason why it was on the Block or whatever for 100 Million, the house itself probably wasn't a 100 Million, everything inside of it, as you were saying paintings, furniture, etc, bet really raised the price of the house up a heck of a lot....everytime I drive to Tahoe, tell ya right now, you really can miss the entrance to it, it is very well hidden.......
Andrew Silva this home was originally listed at $100 million. After a while on the market and no serious buyers; the price of the home was reduced to $75 million. The property never sold for the asking price. It has been sold though, for around $50 million.
You can't achieve tranquility when you're worrying about how to pay for it.

In all the videos on this place they NEVER mention how many bedrooms and bathrooms are in this property and they NEVER give a reasonable presentation of the other buildings on the property! SO INFURIATING!!!
