Scrooge is one of my most favourite stories.I have read him over 8 times. His repentance scene by the graveyard where he begs the 3rd ghost that ironically resembles the Grim Reaper, always gets me and I cry such a powerful scene....

Aww! When I was a young child, I actually watched these for the Ghost of Christmas Future. He was my favorite--still is. I was an odd child... not much has changed in that regard. Your reaction strikes me as more 'normal.' xD It's a good tale. And fantastic song!

Beautiful music! =) Watched a Christmas devotional last night that pointed out it is sad that when we talk of Scrooge we focus on his before his ghost visits rather than on his after where he is nicer.
A Christmas Carol is and always will be the best Christmas story. Everything about it is timeless.

I love all the Christmas Carol adaptation movies, but honestly, The Muppets Christmas Carol is still my favorite because it was my first introduction to the story as a child. That movie fills me with warmth.

As you do, I have a yearly lineup that I watch every year, culminating with the Alistair Sim version. 🎄It always gets me when Mrs. Dilber gazes in wonder at the guinea in her hand and says, "A CHRISTMAS present.. for ME?" 👍😎

i love listening to your wonderful enchanting music and i like the story of scrooge its like a story of redemption that for certain people there is hope for them a chance shown error of their ways in the magic of christmas that their journey ends a changed person for the better . There are so many movie versions of scrooge which is your favourite. Recently i have been listening to your beautiful cover of walking in the air even my mum likes it too and this song sets the christmas atmosphere love it

When I was a child, I watched the animated film "Mickey's Christmas Carol" over and over again.
At the time, I was terrified of the ghosts and did not understand the essence of the story.
Now that I'm over 30 years old, I learned that the original story was written by Charles Dickens, and I have read the Japanese translation.
I read it with nostalgia and interest, because now I understand the meaning of the story.
When I finish reading it, I will come back to listen to your song.
I am sure my impression will change again.
