i love Solange so much shes truly amazing I remember when she came here to New Orleans to film Don't Touch My Hair I met her due to a old friend being in the video She is truly a sweetheart and a creative force
Wow. That story was chilling how her friend died and Solange thought that she would die before the age of 25. I never knew that that was the reason behind her getting married. Everyone always said that Matthew forced her to get married because she was pregnant.
I remember one of her older songs randomly popping up on my Spotify Playlist. It was the song "crush" off of her first album and I fell in love with her older discography
I'm probably one of the only few people who prefers her artistry over her sister's. I’ve loved Solange since I was a child. Her voice, her melodies, everything about her spoke to my SOUL. There is no song by her that I would ever skip either😭 Where she is now makes me so happy.

I still have tracks from Hadley St. Dreams in my playlist rotation- "Sandcastle Disco' and 'Tony' are my fav. And, of course, 'When I Get Home' and To her art exhibitions and various collabs, including Dev Hynes (my fav) Her confidence, beauty, individuality, creativity and fierceness have always resonated with me. Solange is a creative FORCE! Huge fan. 💜
Always thought they got married to cover for her pregnancy, so the baby wouldn't be born out of wedlock and the family wouldn't "look bad". Truly thought they made them get married. Glad to know what actually took place
Solange is an incredible singer, songwriter, producer, and actress. She never let the demands of the industry allow her to sacrifice her individuality just so they can prop her up just as “Beyoncé’s little sister”. From the time I heard her sophomore album “Sol-Angel & The Hadley St. Dreams” I KNEW she was the one. True EP was just phenomenal. A Seat At The table was an instant hit and one of the best albums released last decade. When I Get Home is exhilarating. I can’t wait for her next album.

Wow I never knew she had lost her bestfriend! That’s so sad and totally makes sense of why she decided to get married and such. I’m glad she was able to get through the loss 🤎
She is very talented and I’ve been a fan of her music since Solo Star. But let’s be honest here, she was afforded a lot of her opportunities in her teen years from proximity to Beyoncé and management from her father Matthew Knowles. And then her career flourished in adulthood because of uniqueness and in somewhat alternative track to her sister. I say this as a super fan of her music. Hadley Street Dreams is a masterpiece and so was True

Cranes In The Sky is one of my favorite songs ❤️ I love her and her talents!!
Solange is a good actress and singer. Although A Seat at the Table is my favorite album, I love the single I Decided from Sol Angel too. Also she was literally my childhood. I loved the Proud Family theme song and show. Johnson Family Vacation and Bring it On All or Nothing are some of my favorite movies.
I always loved Solange. The fact that she was such a great songwriter at such a young age is what made me admire her. I feel that's what makes me prefer her artistry over Bey.
My heart skipped a beat. I'm sooooooooo happy you did her. She's my favorite. I actually love her like other's Beyonce ❤
I'm glad that she ended up achieving massive critical acclaim, A Seat at The Table is one of the most acclaimed albums of the decade and it's understandable why
Solange in the 2000s (for me, I'm a 96 baby) was just everything for me. I remember when I got braids similar to hers it just completed me. I actually didn't know she was Beyonce's sister for a minute.
I'm glad she's getting the hype and love she deserves. She's a whole vibe.
Cheetah Girls would have been a whole different movie of Solange had been Aqua because, she’s multi-talented I would have loved to a Cheetah Girls movie with Solange and I’m so glad she was able to come into her own that whole Don’t My Hair Album was iconic
I can't lie the first time I ever knew about her was when she sung the theme song for The Proud Family along with Destiny's Child
Yes to this video! I’ve been listening to Solange ever since she released her first album. She’s nothing like her sister and I’ve always appreciated her art and how she displays it! Such a true talent and she does deserve her credit!
I’ve never stopped rooting for her! That’s my girl!!!🥰💕
Still remember hearing “losing you” for the first time on Australian indie radio - everything about the song is perfect.
This was so dope! I didn’t know she co-wrote upgrade u, get me bodied and flaws and all! She’s a legend lol . Thanks for the video 💗
Her last two albums are absolute 🔥
I love Solange and it has been really interesting to see the trajectory she has taken in her career. Continuing to offer unique and quality bodies of work.
i love Solange so much shes truly amazing
I remember when she came here to New Orleans to film Don't Touch My Hair
I met her due to a old friend being in the video
She is truly a sweetheart and a creative force
Solange my fav ❤️ always have been talented! She deserves all her flowers 💐
when i get home is seriously one of the best albums i’ve heard. i’m not even exaggerating.
Wow. That story was chilling how her friend died and Solange thought that she would die before the age of 25. I never knew that that was the reason behind her getting married. Everyone always said that Matthew forced her to get married because she was pregnant.
That's most likely why she got married. Regardless of what story she tells.
I remember one of her older songs randomly popping up on my Spotify Playlist. It was the song "crush" off of her first album and I fell in love with her older discography
gosh. i am in love with solange, her art, and her energy
I'm probably one of the only few people who prefers her artistry over her sister's. Beyonce is Beyonce, don't get it twisted, I'm a fan, but something about Solange's confidence, charisma, and stage presence is just so refreshing. A.S.A.T.T. will forever remain as one of the best testaments of black excellence.
Yess!!
if you guys actually loved Solange and her artistry she would have a PLATINUM ALBUM to her name but she doesn't because y'all spend more time fake liking her than. Actually supporting her music lmao
💯💯💯🎯
@@nielsenmakaba5777 not really
@@happygucci5094 Yes really...
I’m so glad you did this video. Not enough people give Solo her credit and a lot of people just don’t know. I remember all of the greatness she was and is
This channel is TRULY a gem!!!!
What's so interesting is Chloe gets compared more to Bey than Solange I love her style & how unique she has always been! It's so easy to distinguish between her & her sister.
right like Chloe's giving more Solange imo
@@Dagrammadababy Chloe doesn’t give Solange at all😭😭😭😭
But that’s just me!
Halle is giving Solange
Chloe is giving Chloe. And Halle is giving Halle.
I love Solange. She seems sassy and full of personality. I wish we saw more of her growing up
Her speaking voice is so soothing to me. Her and her sister when they keep their accents and style of speaking sound like you’re speaking to your friends from around the way.
I love her “When I Get Home” album, a MASTERPIECE, she is too underrated
I’ve loved Solange since I was a child. Her voice, her melodies, everything about her spoke to my SOUL. There is no song by her that I would ever skip either😭 Where she is now makes me so happy.
Give Solange her flowers 💐 her song “True Love” was my bop. 💕
Yes!! Solange is SO talented and still underrated. She's behind so many great projects. She also wrote 'Why Don't You Love Me' for Beyonce. I still have tracks from Hadley St. Dreams in my playlist rotation- "Sandcastle Disco' and 'Tony' are my fav. And, of course, 'When I Get Home' and
To her art exhibitions and various collabs, including Dev Hynes (my fav)
Her confidence, beauty, individuality, creativity and fierceness have always resonated with me. Solange is a creative FORCE! Huge fan. 💜
she would have been an epic cheetah girls! no shade to aqua's actress Kiely
Always thought they got married to cover for her pregnancy, so the baby wouldn't be born out of wedlock and the family wouldn't "look bad". Truly thought they made them get married. Glad to know what actually took place
She’s literally my fave!!!I love her vibe, energy, and voice 💕💕 I’m so glad you did this because she’s too underrated 😌
Solange is so underrated!! I still listen to her song "True Love" with Lil Romeo. She's always been very talented. Be safe everyone!!
Cranes in the sky helped me heal from my break up. It somehow gave me a lot of hope for the future and helped me feel what i needed to feel.
That TRUE EP will always be amazing. Losing You is my fav song by Solange.
She was so young to have already accomplished so much
Solange is an incredible singer, songwriter, producer, and actress.
Great observation I totally agree. Solange is a amazing songwriter and I’ve been a fan since her True Love cover with Lil Romeo. She also is a good actress. Also hope you’re feeling better!
Timing couldn’t be any better 🙌🏾 up in the waiting room
I Met Her A Long Time Ago When She Was Destiny's Child Backup Dancer. She Always Had Star Potential
Wow I never knew she had lost her bestfriend! That’s so sad and totally makes sense of why she decided to get married and such. I’m glad she was able to get through the loss 🤎
LOVE THE RANDOM DROPS!!!
Solange is gorgeous and I’m so glad her talent is being showcased.
I've always loved Solange...
Voice, personality, look... beautiful soul
She is beautiful and very gifted like her sister and mother !!❤
Her appearance on the sitcom, One On One is of my favorite episodes.
Sol angel and the Hadley street dreams was a phenomenal album!! Definitely underrated!
Her song with lil Romeo will always be a classic to me lol so much nostalgia and reminds me of the summer
*Being from Texas…I was a day one Solange fan gotta rep talent that comes out of the home state…Selena, Beyoncé, Meg of course Solange & countless more…love that N.O.R.E was on her debut entry.*
*Her connections helped of course but who wouldn’t capitalize off that opportunity.*
*She was a star in her own lane…I for sure wanted to watch anything she was in as a teen & as ALWAYS loved the video…top shelf never mid one of my favorite frequencies.*
I was a HUGE fan of her during her Solo Star years. I even watched her on tour back in 2013 during her TRUE album and went to her concert. I got to meet her and tell her how much I love her solo star album. It was an honor.🥰
Love to see Solange get her flowers 💐 , she grinded & worked hard to make name for herself in the industry.
Her voice is so melodious ❤ .
She would have slayed as Aqua. I get the choice of the album over a lil TV movie, but the optics are giving Victoria justice solo tour vibes...
I can also see a parallel universe where she was the new fourth member of destiny’s child.
I was in college when Solange 1st album came out..and the song "Crush" was on repeat!...I love that you used it for your. background music for the video. I've always loved her voice.
Honestly, I prefer Solange over her sister. Her songs, “Cash in” and “Lovers in the Parking Lot” are everything!
Me too and she is just as talented as Beyonce
Lovers in the parking lot is iconic.
On “Cash in” her voice is angelic
me too she's so talented
It’s a different between them two . Beyoncé is giving Fire 🔥 bad bitch swag energy and Solange is giving chill relaxing soothing cool ❄️vibe energy . Like a Yin yang ☯️ . Yin = Solange cold ice . Yang = Beyoncé hot fire . That’s how I see these two energy is like .
I love me some solange!!! I always loved her couple of songs especially “ I decided” “don’t touch my hair “ and “down with the clique”
