How is it that the tourists don't understand the guards have "right of way"? Surely they are aware that the horse and trooper are heading for the box?

The first returning guard. He works a lot. His face is very familiar.
this is an old video, horses aren't back until next week. though I think this guard is probably switched over now, they do ceremonial up to about 24months but we'll see if comes back in coming months.
