The Plaza - Aftermath.mp4

On Sunday 4th Feb 2019 a major fire broke out and destroyed two much beloved establishments on Buncrana's main street. One of them was The Plaza, a large ballroom enjoyed through the generations since 1958.
Decades-old photos lined the hallways, evidence of the people and history that echo throughout still. Some of those photos survived the fire which otherwise destroyed the building.
This footage was taken both the day following the fire, and also five months later on the day it was announced work will commence in restoring The Plaza to it's former glory.
