I love the fact they mainly speak in Spanish also, makes it so much more realistic. This story is awesome so far, loving playing it also. Hard to stop playing it in all honesty.

Yeah i thought that too, their accent just don't feel 100% natural, as a native mexican they don't sound the way we talk here, they sound more like "pochos" or mexican-americans. It would've better if they hired actual mexican voice actors for them.

As a mexican, the accuracy of some of the places you can find here, kids playing around while narcos are just watching, carrying cuernos de chivo (that's how AK-47 are commonly named here in México), army and police completely paid, MWII devs and writters did their research. Las Almas was basically all of México from 2006 to 2012, when narcos would be driving their trucks around every corner of the country, and no policeman would dare to mess with them, until president Felipe Calderón deployed the mexican army all over the country to face them. Obviously, this ended up in many casualties, thousands of civilians died in the war against narcos, but this are nothing compared to what narcos did before that war. Today, there's a lot of places like Las Almas in México, mostly the south and some of the north of México, entirely controled by the narcos, some of those places have resistances built entirely by civilians who won't bend to this scum. Being from the north of México (Nuevo León), narco is still here, but it is not like before, somehow government have managed to contain mass shootings, but crime is still there. Salute to all honest and brave mexican soldiers, risking their lives not knowing if they will see their family again to protect all of us.
Also, they made Ghost say "Ahuevo", that is the coolest thing ever. "Ahuevo" or "A huevo" is something like "Hell yeah!", for those who aren't mexican.
From the stuff I've read and seen online you'd think living in Mexico would be a feat in itself
That's pretty awesome. I just don't like the accent the main mexican characters have. It's like english-speakers talking spanish. The "wey" sounds like "ouey", doesn't feel natural

I play cod primarily for the campaigns. This one is like an awesome movie. I love how they made the movements of the soldier you're controlling more realistic. It's not like running 30mph in a perfectly straight beeline, which no human can do, let alone with gear.
This game will go down as one of the best CALL OF DUTY games to be made all I got to say is well done to the creators and bringing us and amazing game. Again love you’re videos Hollow been a fan since you started much love bro

This is impressive. The houses and architecture are very close to Mexico, te voice of the actors is very genuine in Spanish like you can tell they do speak it.

Love the mexican side of this game. Hope the CoD series keeps exploring other countries as wel. The international aspect of the story makes it more interesting and it’s fascinating to see how each country’s operators do their work

The campaign is so good , I'm very impressed with what we got. Blows the original out of the water but the nostalgic call backs to it in brief dialogue and what not is nice.

Alejandro is one of my favorite characters from this campaign
as someone who loves linguistics and is learning spanish, I am in love with how the incorporate that into the game, the diversity and attention to detail that infinity ward had making this game is fucking beautiful and it makes me so proud to have grown up with the og version of this game series, as well as blackops and ww2. plus what your commentary adds to the comedy factor is great :)

Bring me special ops!! NOW! The game feels a lot better than the beta, the fact that I wanted a call of duty and cartels story, this game made it up for me. Before the game was out for preorder, I always thought about cartels and a MW story and how they would do it. I literally felt like I was just crossing the border

The campaign was actually very good i enjoyed playing it. I beat it last night, the story was good and the graphics were phenomenal on ps5. I can’t wait for the multiplayer

I remember the chills from playing COD 4 and CODMW2... but this campaign....just fkin epic. The only thing i have to add is that AI is kinda broken on hardest difficulty, they come around the corner and insta down you :)) even if half their body didn`t gout out from cover, they literally have aim and wh.

I seriously cannot get over the massive upgrade with the facial capture on this new game engine for MWII. Not only in the cutscenes, but also during the moments during gameplay. Just seeing the little details of the muscles in the face and the realistic tracking of eye movement is just fuckin' bonkers. 😯😯😯
