My hair is bleached (still super smooth) and I tried this and it looks flat and I think I may be doing it wrong!! Any tips? I’m using a ghd platinum straightener and my hair is super thick

try using smaller sections and a texture spray

Also, dont "straight down". Instead of using a downward direction, go up. That helps lift the root a bit.

Why are you twisting the hair in the opposite direction you have curled it, it’s doing nothing… you need to twist in the direction you curled it to encourage the curl to form.
