    I lost a lot a weight in my face due to illness and I can happily say, DAY 5 and it’s made a HUGE difference! Restored almost all of my lost facial fat and cheeks, in a feminine and attractive way. Do this twice a day and drink a lot water!

      Me too 1 lost a lot of weight on my face after losing 16 lbs in 10 days in the flaming Royal London Hospital! I bought a gua shah thing thinking it was for fattening the face up? It seems lots are using it for slimming the face! So much for them! So pleased this worked for you, i will have to have a go. Rosina x

      @@Rosina2727 awww keep going! Yes avoid gua sha as it will slim and remove fat from cheeks. Perhaps only use it under your jawline to reduce morning puffiness but not on the cheeks! xoxo

    I did this for exactly 2 weeks at the end of May and noticed my face looked less hollow and my skin felt firmer! I stopped doing it because I thought that would be it for a while but my face went back to looking more hollow within two weeks and my face didn't feel as firm. I've picked it back up again and it's like the first time around, so it definitely makes a difference, I'll just have to make it a regular exercise regime!

      @@nasirakintoye8874 I just do it a couple times a month now! I wasn't exercising at all except for walks before but now i do home pilates every other day so i get the blood flowing to my face with that, which has also helped keep my face looking fuller and healthy!

    Ohmygawdddd. This actually works! I’m not going to lie. I spent about an hour (on and off throughout the day) doing these face work outs. But that was a few hours ago. Although my face is extremely sore😂, there is already such a tremendous difference!! My cheeks feel so much fuller and I no longer have the wrinkles on the side of my nose from smiling. I regret not taking a before and after. But I’m definitely going to continue doing this daily. THANK YOU!❤

    First of all Thank you sooo much for this masumi 💕
    I've been doing this exercise for a week now and my family noticed that my face is healthier than before.
    1st day : nothing changed at all
    2nd day : nothin changed
    3rd day : skin feels tight and lil glowy
    4th day : can see a difference
    5th day : same like 4th day
    6th day : can see a lil more cheeks (even my family notices) 😳
    7th day (today) : just did this exercise now and came here to thank this talented girl 🥺♥️ as I was very insecure about my face being really long and flat.

    I used to have a chubby cheeks but now it’s more like draggy face and slim so starting this exercise i will upgrade you guys regularly until 15 days.
    Day 1: I just started today
    Day 2: not such a visible changes but yeah I feel very refreshing after this exercises
    Day 3: I can feel my skin tight and cheeks are getting better
    Day 4: I can see changes
    Day 5: same as day 4
    Day 6: I can see chubby cheeks ❤️
    Day 7: continuing this for another week will right back

    I have skinny face and it's the day 1 of exercise i'll keep updating here. As i'm going to try it for 15 days.
    Day 1: done with the first facial exercise,
    Day 2: no changes.
    Day 3: no changes at all.
    Day 4: no such changes at all but i can feel a lift in my face.
    Day 5; same as day 4.
    Day 6: I can't feel my cheeks fuller but when I smile there's a difference in before and after.
    Day 7: same as day 6.
    Day 8: I can feel a slight difference in my cheek bones. Not in the entire face just on cheekbones.
    Day 9: I love my smile 🥹❤️ because now when I smile my apple cheeks look fuller ❤️
    Day 10: If i were to rate the goal out of 10, I would say this exercise will help you achieve 2/10.
    Day 11: no significant changes.
    Day 12: no significant changes.

      @@mohamedhammu7996 yes but u have to be consistent and I dont think the exersice will fully like make ur cheeks chubbier that's why I reccomened you also eat foods to help gain the fat like milk, avacados and nuts !! I'm eating these foods and my cheeks are getting chubby

      @@zeinlacson1912 these exercises define one's face for sure. They give the face the contour. Be aware to relax your jaw. Do not overexercise it.

    Day 3 i do it at 6 am i see little bit fuller than yesterday. I can feel on my face the blood circulation. Keep doing it!

    I ve been doin these for abt 8 months and here what ı learned. When your doin it you can really see changes in 1 week too but after when you dont do it for a while effects gonna hide idk if its abt plasebo effect or smt but when you do it you shouldn t just leave

      @@zeinlacson1912 actly I tried the face lifting exercises for like 9 months and what I said was for that but did this video for 3 months too and after doing it for one week not resting and 2 times a day one morning I slightly could see a filler effect bottom of my eye corners and side of my upper cheeks but I can say that I ve break all of my face yoga routine and just started to workout and eating healthy it s way too much effort but I'm now on my best look ever. I mean all we need is just to be healthy trust me leave these ridiculous things and just be healthy. it fills your face up, your mood up, muscles up and gives that fresh look for you. I'm way too upset for being too lazy for being healthy.just be healthy

    My honest review doing 2 weeks of her technique, and I will tell if it changed!
    Day 1: Not much of a difference still the same?
    Day 2: My skin definitely looks healthier even my mom noticed!
    Day 3: I forgot to do it lol
    Day 4: I had a before and after picture my cheek bone was sharp and i see it’s not as sharp as before! This only the 4th day imagine the next 10 days!
    I went 9 days without doing this workout and my face stayed the same! I had the picture from where I didn’t start at all and a picture when I didn’t do workout. My cheekbones was very prominent and just by doing this workout it helped me have softer visual! I would update when I start seeing my face go back to normal.

    Day 4 missed it again, but felt something is different.
    Day 5 did it again (felt really good)

    Its been almost 1 year of doing this exercise. Trust me guys it really made my cheeks fuller and now I'm looking more beautiful also.     Tried this for 2 weeks
    Note : eat 2 spoons peanut butter , drink lots of water , sleep for 8 hours , eat any one fruit , moong daal chila ( if any indian ) ,
    1 glass of milk , reduce screen time do this exercise 1 time , you can also do weight gaining exercise.
    You will definitely get good results as i get I've done this all for 2 weeks and become healthier :)
