A busy hour at Crewe station on Wednesday 11th March 2015!
Crewe never fails to disappoint, lots of variety at the best of times and there's always something that shows up unexpectedly to surprise you. Like today, lots of interesting movements!
INCLUDES: Northern Newly Refurbed 319, DRS 57's and New Caledonian Livery 92018! As we as those, all the regulars, Virgin Pendolino's & Voyagers, Arriva Trains Wales 175's & 150's, London Midland 350's, Northern 323's and East Midlands Trains 153's!

smashing, I'm going there tomorrow to photograph trains. First time I will have done Crewe. Hope the other spotters are friendlier than the 2 at Acton Bridge when I went there ages ago.

Very enjoyable. Reminds when I used to spend the day there.
Interesting with regards to 92018 as I was briefly at Crewe today also, around 11:30, and it was in the bay platform (8? Sorry not too familiar with numbers at Crewe). That teal livery does suit it though. In the 1990s there was a failed 'Nightstar' project of which you may have read, and the coaches were partially in a very similar colour to the 92. Would have been great to see that!

Are they now going to rebrand the Class 323s as 'Northern Electrics'? Probably not, as the franchise will change very soon, but if Abellio win the franchise back, will they?
Just the 319s with the Northern Electrics branding according to the MD :)

Platform 5, you can see all the platforms from there (except 12, it is rare a train goes on platform 12)
Are them Northern carriages at 7:27 longer than normal?
yes there longer than the pacers and sprinters
