Don’t underestimate what you can do. You did a great job picking out things you needed for your apartment. It’s coming along very well and looking really good. As for the 2024 item your not going to have any problems with success.

I think you need that big table and change the rug out for a more neutral plain one and then the coffee table will look great there!! And for chairs get some light wood ones like the stools and it will tie absolutely everything together. The coffe table is cute idea but I think it will only work for so long before you realize it's to small to be functional as a dining room table
When I was little I used the coffee table and sat on pillows for meals when I had a group of friends over for sleepovers, and it was so fun! The kids will love it!

Hi Oscar!! Just my opinion but I think the coffee table looks great in the living room! I do understand how you feel it would be too much dark brown tones but once you add pillows, possibly blue, beige, or yellow- I promise it will brighten up the space, and maybe a green plant behind the couch to bring back the greeny! I swear you have a good interior eye! I still love the dining room table idea, as I child, my cousins, brother and I always used the coffee table to eat breakfast and dinner 😅 mainly because it was mini sized for us so they'll definitely make memories! Regardless you're doing amazing! I'm so proud of you! And I just wanted to let you know, you're definitely a big inspiration for my 2023 goals ☺️

switch the rug with a larger one and it will even make your room larger. trust me !!! and get a dining table Oscar you will not regret that. always remember buying dinning set is cheaper then buying the table and then the chairs separately. you are doing great Oscar... love watching your apartment slowly coming together.

You should get a round table, you can get ones where the chairs fit perfectly under it when tucked in so they don't take up too much space. Ikea have some i'm pretty sure.

I recommend getting either small kids folding chairs or stacking chairs, for the little table! You could store them in those closets when the kids are gone. We use a tiny table for my 4 too!
The coffee table looked good by the sofa. To offset all the brown, put something on the coffee table like an oblong tray filled with succulents. . .something green would look great. Loving the look so far!!

Love the coffee table as dining room table. I grew up with something similar. Not only do I think it's physically beneficial but great for bonding and sharing. Plus it's normal to eat sitting like this in many cultures. As your family grows I'd just get a bigger coffee table 😂
That coffee table is SO pretty! I think if you wanted to do a cute coffee table in the living room, you could find a small circular one that has a white/gray top with skinny black legs that’s light and movable, it would look so nice! Also, not sure how you feel about plants, but adding some lush green plants in here would make it feel super earthy and add to the bohemian vibes!
Looks great and awesome! Again...like the way you think with the table choice! When you upgrade, think round table. They seem to fit in smaller places or provide more room but somehow still seat up to 6 comfortably! Pub style are cute also and you will only need 4 chairs as you can pull the bar stools up to it also when needed.

If it looks too dark/brown you can always add like a cream color throw blanket as a decor on the couch & get small light colored/ cream colored decor pillows to soften it up!! & on the coffee table you can always put a light colored vase with plants! Plus you can hang up the plants you brought from the old house and bam 💥 Beautiful 😍
IKEA has a beautiful dining table called MÖRBYLÅNGA. I’ve had my eye on it for years. They have a small and large version. I think it would look great in your space. Great job decorating!
I love it! The big dining room table would be amazing in there. The coffee table looks really good in the living room as well. If you think that's too much brown you could swap that rug to be under the big dining room table and getting a more neutral rug or maybe one with color in it. But but but. The coffee table in the living room with your rug could work. To help it not be too brown you could get some greenery for the coffee table something in the middle. Indefinitely think getting some greenery for your place would look amazing. Also some art with pops of color. If you have a hard time figuring color out you got a whole bunch of people here to help.

switch the rug with a larger one and it will even make your room larger. trust me !!! and get a dining table Oscar you will not regret that. always remember buying dinning set is cheaper then buying the table and then the chairs separately. you are doing great Oscar... love watching your apartment slowly coming together.

You should get a round table, you can get ones where the chairs fit perfectly under it when tucked in so they don't take up too much space. Ikea have some i'm pretty sure.

Your place is coming together and looks so good! Just grab a few white blankets from target and drape them over the 2 singular chairs and on the couch add some white/gray pillows and it will bring the area together ❤

I recommend getting either small kids folding chairs or stacking chairs, for the little table! You could store them in those closets when the kids are gone. We use a tiny table for my 4 too!
The coffee table looked good by the sofa. To offset all the brown, put something on the coffee table like an oblong tray filled with succulents. . .something green would look great. Loving the look so far!!

Love the coffee table as dining room table. I grew up with something similar. Not only do I think it's physically beneficial but great for bonding and sharing. Plus it's normal to eat sitting like this in many cultures. As your family grows I'd just get a bigger coffee table 😂

That coffee table is SO pretty! I think if you wanted to do a cute coffee table in the living room, you could find a small circular one that has a white/gray top with skinny black legs that’s light and movable, it would look so nice! Also, not sure how you feel about plants, but adding some lush green plants in here would make it feel super earthy and add to the bohemian vibes!
Looks great and awesome! Again...like the way you think with the table choice! When you upgrade, think round table. They seem to fit in smaller places or provide more room but somehow still seat up to 6 comfortably! Pub style are cute also and you will only need 4 chairs as you can pull the bar stools up to it also when needed.

Oscarella I think you should deff go get that dinner table! It will tie in everything! The coffee table in the living room looks very good! If it looks too dark/brown you can always add like a cream color throw blanket as a decor on the couch & get small light colored/ cream colored decor pillows to soften it up!! & on the coffee table you can always put a light colored vase with plants! Plus you can hang up the plants you brought from the old house and bam 💥 Beautiful 😍

IKEA has a beautiful dining table called MÖRBYLÅNGA. I’ve had my eye on it for years. They have a small and large version. I think it would look great in your space. Great job decorating!

I love it! The big dining room table would be amazing in there. The coffee table looks really good in the living room as well. If you think that's too much brown you could swap that rug to be under the big dining room table and getting a more neutral rug or maybe one with color in it. But but but. The coffee table in the living room with your rug could work. To help it not be too brown you could get some greenery for the coffee table something in the middle. Indefinitely think getting some greenery for your place would look amazing. Also some art with pops of color. If you have a hard time figuring color out you got a whole bunch of people here to help.
