Haecksler machines and equipment have been developed for self-employed persons and small businesses in tree care, gardening and landscaping.
This is just a short video that doesn't go too deep into how workflow can be improved in an easy manner. We will go into this in more detail later in the text and on the website. In brief:

In this video you'll see the Haecksler model H4W, with an electric winch, which is operated from the steering bracket. This offers the possibility of effortlessly driving the machine up a trailer or steep slope.
After felling a tree, or after pruning, you will find that if no chipper available, most of the time is spent dragging the branches and stacking them on the trailer. The trailer often is full after a day's work and has to be driven to the recycling center. This needs to be done only after several days when material is being shred onto the trailer. If there is a towed chipper in the street, the branches still have to be brought to it. This requires dragging time and can cause damage to the garden. Ergonomics improve enormously when using a compact chipper because there is no need to transport full branches towards the street. Carrying/dragging branches takes one minute or more with each walk to the street and therefore puts a static strain on arms, shoulders and back. Static loading is what can result in premature wear and tear later in life and if it can be done, why not prevent it? Thirdly, there is the advantage that the garden remains cleaner (3) because dragging branches along the entire length leaves material behind, which must be cleaned up at the end of the day.
The chips can often be left behind in the garden at the customer's request. If this is not desired, shredding is often done in a wheelie bin or wheelbarrow. The chips are brought to the trailer with a full wheelie bin. In a comparison this means one walk with a full bin, for the same amount of branches you would have to walk up to 20 times.
