Luna: Moonspell (featuring Micah Gianneli)

We've recently been uploading slideshows and videos that are older and have really never seen the light of day. That is both a good and bad thing. It is good in that it exposes viewers to older content and allows the hosts of the Gadfly channel to reflect on critiques of our more dated and perhaps less polished work. However, it's also bad in that the older slideshows highlight how steep the learning curve has been for us over the last couple of years and how even small blunders really stand out in older slideshows like this one.
We've featured the song Luna by Moonspell on the channel before, and this particular slideshow is markedly different. In this show, we feature the model Micah Gianneli in a variety of outfits, all while holding basically the same pose. The photoshoot was well done, and a few years ago we decided to make a slideshow using these images.
A bit about Micah: Micah Gianneli is an Australian fashion designer, model, and lifestyle blogger. She gained recognition for her unique and high-fashion style, which she first showcased through her blog launched in 2011. Over the years, her work has expanded to include fashion styling, creative direction, and collaborations with major brands like Sephora, MAC, and Karl Lagerfeld. She’s partnered with her long-time partner Jesse Maricic, a photographer, in many of her ventures, building a significant online presence with over a million followers on Instagram. Micah's style is one of confidence and modern sophistication, making her an inspiring figure in both the fashion and creative industries.
We've tried to blend Micah's high-fashion visuals into this slideshow, but of course, we’ll let our viewers judge whether the images work. They may not.
