Hi femi. What a great review. This makes me realize of continuing the use of macOS on a windows laptop. Regarding software update, have you managed to update your macos to the latest 10.15.6? I got the update notif but dunoo how to install it. Try restarting the machine but when it boots up, the process still continues. Any advice? Thank you

Thanks, I haven't upgraded mine at all since I last installed Catalina and I don't plan on doing so ( even though I also see the update) because updating a hackintosh is always not a good idea when you install. The idea is to install macOS and get it to run as smooth as possible. When you install an update, because your computer isn't a real mac, you stand a risk of either losing your entire macOS and you'd have to install it again, or some things won't be working again after the update is complete. So I don't advise you do update even though you see the update notifications.

I have the same laptop as you but mine has i5 6200u. hp somehow got the speakers sound properly only with their official B&O driver . which suits only windows 10 that's actually the only problem with this laptop otherwise it would be just awesome :( good video, keep it going. cheers from Russia
You need to try it to know if it would. But it would most likely, especially it has an intel cpu. Always make backups before doing something like this.
Okay, you have to go into your clover bootloader and hit f4, reboot into Mac OS and go and check. If it’s still not there, it may be because of the way you installed Mac OS, I’m not too familiar with olarila Catalina. I tried to connect it to my SONY TV thru HDMI and it worked. But the sound didnt, you may still hear it from the laptop speakdr, weird but tolerable. Hope you have a workaround with it. Thanks :)

Does it work for hp envy x360 amd
To fix iServices you have to change your SMBios Serial number, UUID,etc in your config.plist (its not easy)

I am using olarila catalina and I do not have DSDT.aml. How can I make battery status working?

Femi Ojeyemi yeah! But, there is no DSDT.aml at all. And no origin folder 🙁
