  • 🔍 Unveiling the Hidden Link: Your Teeth and Fibromyalgia Mystery 🦷 Did you know that the answer to unlocking the enigma of fibromyalgia might just lie in your teeth? Join us in this eye-opening TH-cam video as we dive into the intriguing connection between chronic pain, TMJ, and your dental health.
🔑 Dentists hold the key to unraveling the secrets behind chronic pain and fibromyalgia, but it's not commonly taught in dental or medical schools. That's why this puzzle has remained puzzling. Let's break it down:
🦷 Our teeth are more than just tools for chewing. They're connected to our entire body's posture, movement, and even pain. A misaligned bite can trigger a cascade of issues, from grinding your teeth and TMJ problems to headaches, neck pain, and more.
🌐 The Fascinating Fascia Connection: Our fascia-a network of connective tissue-plays a pivotal role. Stress, trauma, allergies, toxins-they all tighten the fascia, affecting everything from your shoulders to your feet. Discover how these elements intricately intertwine.
💡 Collaborative Clues: Our upcoming "Demystifying Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain, and TMJ" Conference aims to piece together the puzzle. Dental experts, medical professionals, chiropractors, and more will unite to paint a complete picture.
🛌 Say Goodbye to Sleep Troubles: Learn how a flared TMJ might be robbing you of quality sleep and explore collaborative solutions to improve your well-being.
🧩 Let's Unmask Fibromyalgia: No more living with pain in silence. Collaborative care, comprehensive understanding, and communication are key. Together, we're demystifying fibromyalgia and shedding light on its complexities.
📅 Mark your calendars for the conference, where we'll delve into how teeth, TMJ, and fibromyalgia are woven together. Join us on this journey to unveil the hidden truths and reclaim your quality of life!

Thank you , for your interest! I hope the doctors and the specialists find out about fibromyalgia before it's to late for anyone to help me . I'm 68 now and I've been suffering with fibromyalgia since my late thirties ,when doctors were telling me everything that was going on with my health was all in my head. You have my interest! Thank you again for you hard work.

I was always healthy until my wisdom teeth were pulled at age 21 which led to TMJ, IBS, pain, etc! Now at 51 I finally got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia after being told I was depressed & stressed for years.

Have you had a thermograph done ? Also, have you had a cone beam xray done of your jaw, with a Biological dentist, to look for any " cavitations " left from having wisdom teeth removed?

    • @SwtT-MeMe

@@jd-um4jw nope just regular X-ray and appts w/tmd specialists. What do cavitations do

@@SwtT-MeMe if wisdom teeth were not removed properly ( removing the Periodontal ligament) they can definitely cause a host of health issues. One major one is Cavitations. When the ligament remains, the body's immune system can't address the wound properly. So tissue begins to die. And it's dead tissue and Infection in the jaw bone. ( Cavitations) these can become large pockets spreading Infection through the blood stream and causing constant inflammation in the body. The body is always fighting. This constant infection and Inflammation can cause many other health issues. It needs to be cleaned up and cleaned out. If you have it. A cone beam xray can show if you have any Cavitations. A thermograph can also help show anything going from the mouth into the body. But not in the same way. It would just show inflammation. Not details in the jaw bone.

I’m really glad you did a video on this. I have Fibromyalgia/CFS. I also struggle with TMJ. Last month I had my third visit (in a 10 year span) to an Endodonist for another root canal treatment. Initially, he wasn’t sure if he would be able to save my two front lower teeth. I was a mess and very emotional about this. The treatment went well but my Endodonist appeared clueless about TMJ and Fibromyalgia. I have a slight overbite and grind my teeth when I’m sleeping especially when I’m in pain. I’ve returned to wearing my mouth guard (which is not comfortable) and I’m going to work with my dentist to find another solution or just get another mouth guard. I was able to relate to everything you said in the video and appreciate your time and talent.

I just got to the MD to see what I have, or what could be. He told me (they have no fucking clue) that I have Fibromyalgia...

Sounds like a good, legit, chiropractor could help a lot of your symptoms. See if you have a " maximized living" chiro near you. Doing a sugar detox and probiotics could help the stomach and candida. With a "Rodgers neighborhood " parasite cleanse. A percentage of people can grind, because of parasites. An Osteopath could be very helpful as well. I use to have tmj , and my jaw would close crooked. My osteopath fixed it within a minute. Just by doing some kind of muscle release in my mouth. They can help you feel so much better , with a lot. I'm not a doctor, these are just some things that have helped me.

Thank you for explaining these mechanisms of fibromyalgia so carefully. I’ve had TMJ in the past, but my fibromyalgia was severe, runaway fibromyalgia that was caused by Lyme disease, and probably stress and trauma, too. After 8 months of Lyme treatment, I had no more symptoms from fibromyalgia and was able to stop taking gabapentin, which had been at 3200 mg/day. Even my shared symptoms with Lyme were in half. Would you say that inflammation affects the fascia, and that whatever can cause inflammation, be it TMJ, trauma and stress, Lupus, infection, PCOS, gut to brain issues or any immune compromising condition can lead to fibromyalgia?

    30 years with fibromyalgia.
Nothing helps fibro except rest, however, getting inflammation down helps you feel better otherwise. I use homemade proboitics. You can't go wrong with that.

I hope all Doctors get together and help support fibromalgia the pains unbearable people don't understand was is really going on. I have been diagnosed at 22 years old for fibromalgia and now I'm 56 vears old with severe pains I'm in the medical field myself as MLT. My rheumatologist prescribed muscle relaxation. Sleeping pills and opiods. I always ask if they discovered any new medication because i can't go on this way any more. I have no quality if life. Ty for your information.

A good, quality, Osteopath can help a lot. With pain and releasing any old emotional stuff. Helped my pain significantly. Always left with a pep in my step and feeling a million tons lighter! Physically and emotionally. Unfortunately mine just moved back to Ireland. :/. Gotta find a new one.

It might be a contributing factor or a trigger but fibromyalgia is at cellular level and neuromuscular in nature.

I suffered for about 3 years with grinding fracturing at least 5 teeth. My TMJ and fibro was at its worse I could tolerate before giving up any hope. In the middle of an implant now. Because I have thyroid cancer and he of high doses of RAI that damaged my salivary glands I have a history of stones as well.

I get told its all in my head even after spending 7hrs in the ER having seizures and, going simi unconscious. They rolled me out of the ER as I was passing out, sent me home.
I was kicked in the face by a horse and was physical abused, and torchered from age of 7 to 17. I tell to all my drs and I get no help. I cant take meds so I get ignored, or one can drug me up so, they just say they can't help me. My husband has to remind me its not in my head he see it, and knows its not right, we both have medical backgrounds. My family thinks I fake it for attention, so I have started quietly cutting them off, its been great for my mental health. Ex-husband left me to even though he wen to all my appt and heard it from the doctors mouths and saw the images and test, Didn't matter, I was faking it or to sick either way he was out. (I waited for Karma to naturally take care of things .. : ) lol.)

We know that you are not faking it. And that it's real. Try a good Osteopath. They can help a lot . Acupuncture can also help release old emotions and help with pain. A good massage therapist.

So that’s why I have parotid gland tumors and migraines?!
Wow, this makes sense of why my hormones always were so fragile. I ended up with endometriosis. I had to be so careful about my hormones. No birth control. It was too hard on me.
I’m sure all my concussions played a huge role in it as well.
    Where are you guys located?
