We were able to get 3 of these Infinity as soon as they popped up on amazon. It is superb for display, function, cooling and not paying stupid high prices for a decent looking case. Yes it is short a few tiny features of the Lian li but I didn't buy a Lian Li. I bought a Gamemax and we are chuffed. All 3 filled with mid range components (6700xt, 6900xt and a 4070 super) that all have their themes like Robotech, Lego and a Transformer theme. Loads of space, cooling is spot on and displays amazingly well. The case was easy enough to add to for reinforcing with some painted steel and rivets where needed for customising to finish off the themes.
Yes, let's say it is quality/price, its construction materials are not the most resistant, however you can work perfectly with the chassis and it is completely functional for someone who does not want to spend $200-300 on chassis from recognized brands or is on a budget.@@siruno6024

wow, I was literally looking forward to buying the o11 during black friday, but this is a perfect solution. thanks for the video lol. I feel like the boom of youtube advertisements is actually benefitting me and getting me things I need in the recommended videos instead of nsfw or scam results. Thanks for the video though, it's only $70 usd, and it fits my atx board! also cant wait for the jf13k cooler to release their $30 variant! It will make saving money for a good psu and gpu so much easier
Did you take the feet off to install the bottom fans ? I have a gamemax infinity looks exactly the same and I had to basically twist the foot off each end so I could get only the corner screw of the fan secured in the case and simply screw the foot back in. same on here?
@@thecomputersurgeon Super speedy response.. The reason I ask is I have the gamemax , went to remove the foot which I know screws and hte screw snapped. Contacted supplier they said, according to the manual it doesn't say anything about removal of the feet so he didn't really want to help.. it's obvious the screw .. so what if the manual doesn't say.. I know for a fact that they do as I put it together, reached out for reassurance.. tomorrow I will remove the other foot and take and pic and say .. what is that screw coming off the foot!
@@thecomputersurgeon I'm going to do just that > I've just removed another foot and it broke again but can see the screw and took photos.. I'll remove the corner screws so I have no problems moving forward and then use a glue gun to create a more solid solution.. thanks dude.. I was planning to do that anyway , great minds think alike as they say!
I bought one near 10months ago and I have to say the longer I have it the less I like it. The build quality is kinda bad, it feels fragile like you could bend the metal, also having no dust filters anywhere except the bottom make the pc pick up so much dirt and what’s worse, the paint they used is terrible. After a few months there started being stains on the case. Lastly what I really didn’t like is the back (or second chamber I should say) because it’s positioned in such a way that there is nothing you can do in regards of cable management and it becomes a chore every time you need to get in there…
i have the exact case and thermalright coolers and Fans, just different internals: a used i7 3770k OC'd , DDR3 2400mhz C11 Klevv Ram + 5700xt @ 1950mhz 1GB Rebar. I'm surprised i got 80 avg. fps 1440p on SOTR while your machine got 94, although I did have HBAO+ & Tessellation turned off bc Radeon GPU cant do well.

The mid-rise PSU placement is the same as is on the O11D XL.
That's true!
Nice one I’ve been waiting for this kind of review on the infinity I’m literally ordering one right now thank you
If a friend gave me one of these as a gift, I wouldn't have a friend anymore.
I would have a brother
@@frank_soares Oh is it really that good for the price?

Thanks man, this kind of comment makes all the hard work worthwhile :)
This cooler was only £18 and it was excellent!

Yes, however you can probably just leave the 4th screw out if it's a problem. Unlikely to affect anything in a major way

Thanks for your long term thoughts - will be really useful for people considering this one!
