She's brilliant, she doesn't hesitate to take any question comes, she's confident of what she's saying

the questions by the AJP semenya are an attack on young , independent young aspiring judges , that was an embarrassing act

AJP SEMENYA- the fact that the candidate was allocated a bench with the likes of you meant that you had a duty to share your experience with her for purposes of development. Leaders groom others to become leaders. Leaders do not catalogue errors of others for future exploitation and ambush. Limpopo High Court Division's dirty linen is unnecessarily displayed in the public domain and the embarrassing observation is that the AJP of the division is the cause of it all. So shocked. Thank God she heeded the wise advice of those more senior to her.

I agree with you but I feel there were many follow-up questions based on that exposed dirty linen.

I so want to go and check this AJP Semenya's interview. She's just criticizing this young person and dimotivating, hayi your leadership is embarrassing AJP Semenya, you should have done this in office and not on this platform.

It would be appropriate for AJP Semenya to participate in leadership training. Waiting for a session such as this to address local issues is both lame and absurd.

Limpopo should seriously consider gender balance, if you get what I mean.

given the plight of load-shedding and the insignificance thereof , to a South African, the sound issue should be tolerable by now 😅

You are raising issues of lexicon in semantics .She's human,we all make mistakes .

The question of lexicon at law in general is a fundamental tool of communication, especially in judgment scribing. Once the language used in a judgment becomes ambiguous and unclear, that could open room for the possibility of appeal.

@@sibongilegodana3512 Correct .Since we make mistakes ,there are appeal and review courts .It can however ,be a costly situation .
