Sir does we not used total iron binding capacity to discriminate IDA nd anemia of chronic disease since in IDA;TIBC inc more 400 nd in anemia of chronic dis TIBC less than 300

We can but best will be sr transferrin receptor as IDA may have concomitant chronic illness also
