Maganda naman ang property, magaganda ang finishings and gamit, pero the lay-out doesn't feel homey, parang the property isn't intended as a residential house.....but a vacation house or an airbnb property or even a business/commercial space.
The entrance, combo living rm and kitchen space is so cramped. Looks like a dorm not a pleasant family home even though the materials look nice. The facade is nice but inside is not great as a family residential home for the price.
